Staying at a hotel in Richmond and Chanellos was on the list for delivery. We've been exhausted so delivery sounded great. The phone service was fantastic, the girl who answered was kind and spoke clearly. Delivery was estimated 35-45 minutes. The delivery guy arrived in 50 minutes and called when he arrived. The pizza was delicious. We just order 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pep. We also ordered the cinnamon knots. They were ok, more bready than I prefer. Thanks for a great experience

So I came in last night for some wings and to try the new waffle fries, and this place exceeded all expectations! Definitely recommending to my friends. Food was amazing, atmosphere was lovely and our server Eugenia was an absolute doll! Very friendly and has such a beautiful personality. Might come back just for her!!

ordered doordash and the order was reassigned to 3 different dashers. when i called to check on it they said it had already been picked up so the first guy probably stole it. they offered no solution to help and refused to remake it. terrible experience and terrible customer service.

Ordered from ubereats to my hotel. Food was cold. Cheese wasn’t melted. Meatballs were cut in half as if they were trying to save on food. My friend’s sub was missing the ham, turkey and cheese. They basically gave her a BLT. Just disgusting. We drove all the way from NC to move me to MD and was very hungry. I’d never try that place.

I remember eating Chanello’s as a teen in the 90’s and loving the cheese sticks with ranch. I moved away and had only had it again in the late OO’s and was underwhelmed thinking that my taste buds have changed growing up. Anyway we just moved back into the area and wanted to support a local pizza business with delivery and our past two orders have not let us down. The Chanello’s sauce is new to me and I actually love it when I didn’t expect to. It’s not too heavy or greasy but rather light with good subtle ranch flavor to dip anything in. As for the pizza I’ll let the picture speak for itself. We are satisfied and impressed with the quality. It had changed for the better and our delivery drivers are very polite
