Food is good. If you go late at night be prepared to be in a very small, over crowded, and very noisy order/pickup area, especially on weekend late nights with a few pleasant but possibly intoxicated people just wanting something to eat also. Highly recommended.

Follow the instructions and take the olives off the pizza and don't make the pizza crust and toasted sub bread so hard. Had the meatball sub toasted and it was basically crunchy. Loaded fries were also eh, the cheese tasted very artificial and not cheesy, and barely tasted the bacon bits.
Prices are a bit high for the quality.

Best cheese-steak pizza in RVA! I can personally attest to quality and taste of the yummy seasoned baon cheddar ftiesAND, if you need to pay cash, you can order delivery without using an app, and just give the driver the money and tip when they get to you! Can't comment on the atmosphere, because I haven't been inside, but I going to guess that it is just as good!

Staying at a hotel in Richmond and Chanellos was on the list for delivery. We've been exhausted so delivery sounded great. The phone service was fantastic, the girl who answered was kind and spoke clearly. Delivery was estimated 35-45 minutes. The delivery guy arrived in 50 minutes and called when he arrived. The pizza was delicious. We just order 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pep. We also ordered the cinnamon knots. They were ok, more bready than I prefer. Thanks for a great experience

So I came in last night for some wings and to try the new waffle fries, and this place exceeded all expectations! Definitely recommending to my friends. Food was amazing, atmosphere was lovely and our server Eugenia was an absolute doll! Very friendly and has such a beautiful personality. Might come back just for her!!

ordered doordash and the order was reassigned to 3 different dashers. when i called to check on it they said it had already been picked up so the first guy probably stole it. they offered no solution to help and refused to remake it. terrible experience and terrible customer service.
The food was good but the service I got from Eugenia was genuinely unmatched. Her passion for not only the customers but also making sure everything was correct and done properly was amazing!!!! I will be coming back again š

Ordered from ubereats to my hotel. Food was cold. Cheese wasnāt melted. Meatballs were cut in half as if they were trying to save on food. My friendās sub was missing the ham, turkey and cheese. They basically gave her a BLT. Just disgusting. We drove all the way from NC to move me to MD and was very hungry. Iād never try that place.
