Charleys Cheesesteaks

I will never and I mean never eat here again. I am truly a person who goes off of reviews and I didn’t with this one. I truly wish I did because 2.8 for a review is sick. Just shopping in the mall and grabbed a bite to eat ( steak and cheese and fries ). The meat didn’t even cover the bread. They put 2 thin and I mean thin pieces of meat on bread the sandwich was so thin when I closed it. I’ve had better steak and cheese subs from gas stations. The worse part was going home and later feeling nauseous ( knowing that was all I had eaten ). I woke up throwing up TW: ………I know it was due to the sub because it was lettuce in my throw up 😩. At this very moment my body is roll trying to get this sub out of my system as to way I still feel nauseous. I wldnt eat here if it was the last restaurant on earth. Maybe that’s why this young man kept looking at me while I was eating probably knowing that food was no good I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Sad thing is it has potential. But for me never again.

Just opened near my job, and my colleague and I ordered ahead for takeaway. The restaurant is standard, fast food style, clean but forgettable. The sandwiches were awesome. Prepared exactly as ordered, ready when promised, more generous than expected and better than expectations. The best cheese steak I've had in a long while.

The woman working today was so rude, yelling at and making fun of customers openly and in front of the whole food court. Why you would work customer service if you can't handle people who are hard of hearing or coming up to ask for utensils is beyond me.

I ordered chicken wings. Instead of getting my chicken wings they gave me chicken nuggets. I asked them to review my order they refused arguing that it is the right order! This is not right

Doesn't do over the phone orders really??!

All though the person taking our order was very nice & courtesy, the food was absolutely ATROCIOUS, the grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, asked for a container of ranch, after we noticed that they never put in in our bag, I went back and they charged me 64 cents for a tiny cup of ranch dressing. To top it all off after my son started eating his food, I found a roach egg in his box. IM NEVER IN MY LIFE EATING HERE AGAIN, im not telling everyone else what to do, do what you want, but we're never eating at this place again. We've experienced horrible service here in the past and tried to give them a few chances but this was the last straw. Can't believe a food inspector hadn't shut this place down for sanitary issues🤮🤮🤮🤮

ordered on line, rude staff. hung up in my face and won’t answer. this was at 1:13pm sounded like a little boy. Food was cold, bread was hard. I was given the butt end of the pickle for my sandwich, which also had a hair on it. I was explaining this a crew member hung up in my face while talking. Very unprofessional, can’t leave a message because they don’t have a voicemail box! thanks for wasting my money. save everyone some time, don’t order from here please

They have someone who speaks almost no English take your order. My husband was with the baby so he couldn’t check it before coming home. Nothing is right, I have no clue why she is upfront. 0/10

On October 1 I went to Charley's for my lunch break while waiting for my order I observed an employee go to the back to get cheese in the process I watched him grab and move a trash can with the gloves he had been wearing to prepare food then go into the cooler and get the cheese, but never changed his gloves or was his hands before continuing to make sandwiches.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I decided to try the new chicken at Charley's and I was very very disappointed. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken, and it was dry and hard. I tasted no lemon pepper what so ever. I will never give any Charley's cheesesteak my money nor will I allow my friends/family to give their's.

There was hearts of romaine on my philly cheese LOL The peppers and onions were raw. The healthiest and greenest Philly cheese that I've ever had. No taste. So ridiculous that it's laughable. A waste of $13.

Sandwich was good. Fries were subpar, and the cheese had no flavor. Paid for 2 orders of fries, only received one. Called the restaurant - no answer, no way to leave a message.
