Average. Cut bun too far and cheesesteak came out all 4 ends. Ordered "Old School" but only got meat and cheese whiz. No sautéed onions. Better at jersey Mike's and other places.

These employees who are in the kitchen should limit themselves to commenting on how the customer requests or orders their food. He thought that because I am Hispanic I do not speak English I understood his comment but I did not want to create a problem, but to avoid problems between the customer and the employees, do not think loudly

I really like the philly cheesesteak and the cheddar bacon fries. Both of which you get generous portions. I also like the strawberry lemonade which has little pieces of strawberry in it. The only thing I feel needs to be slightly improved is to add a bit of seasoning to the steak.

We ordered the old school Philly cheese and it was dry couldn't find the cheese or the banana peppers I asked them to add on it. Very little sautéed onions, no mayo, only three packets of ketchup for two orders of fries. And I spent over $40.

I've been on a philly cheesesteak kick the last couple months and today I decided to try Charley's Cheesesteak. I got the 12" philly cheesesteak w/extra provolone and onions. I didn't order extra steak, I didn't need to! Nice healthy portions and well seasoned! It was a little dry though.
