I LOVE the soft serve at Charm School Study Hall! And I especially love topping my cone with toasted fluff! They have many fun toppings and seasonal specials! I stalk their Insta to see what they are offering and always enjoy creamy treats from the Charm School window. I enjoy the dairy soft serve, but think it's great that they offer vegan/non-dairy options as well.

Excellent soft serve ice cream! The ordering, service and product were all top notch. I like that there's a small rotating menu of different flavors and collaborations. This week they collaborated with Up All Night baking providing ice cream on a croissant cone. Wow a delicious combination! The staff here were very friendly and prompt. While peeking in the window when placing the order I noticed that the interior was clean and well organized. This is an outside walk up ordering ice cream shoppe so there's no restroom. There's plenty of parking as they are located in a strip mall. The parking lot can be very busy and active as the other businesses include the Veil brewery and Stella's market.

I was super sad when the main Charm School location shut down, but I still love what Charm School Study Hall has to offer.I am a pretty basic soft serve gal, so I'm happy with vanilla and chocolate twist in a cone, which was made beautifully! You can get it in a cup or cone, diary or vegan. I didn't get any toppings this time, but the marshmallow fluff is amazing!! They advertise any specials on their Instagram page, so go there for updates too!This place is just a service window on the side of the building. Parking can be hard sometimes since the parking lot is shared with the Veil Brewery and Stella's Grocery.

I've heard great things about charm school, but Forest Hill is out of our 'normal' area, so we'd never made it. Today, while we were out and about, we saw an insta post from Up all night baking that Charm School was featuring their croissants as cones, so we had to stop!They offer 2 flavors - vanilla and chocolate soft serve as either dairy or vegan options. In cones or cups and the assortment of toppings.I had a twist in the croissant......DELICIOUS!Rich, creamy, smooth ice cream with the perfect consistency.Very friendly staff and really quick serviceThis is just a walk-up window on the side of the building There is a shared parking lot ( Stella's grocery and the veil)We will be back!My rating rationale +1 Service+1 Food~Taste/flavor/quality+1 Presentation+1 Atmosphere/vibe+1 Value

My absolute favorite place to get soft serve in Richmond! It is so great and the serving is more than plenty for curbing your sweet cravings. The staff is lovely! It's also in such a great location. I for sure miss the old location with the seating but this is a good place to grab ice cream then walk around or a seat at the neighboring restaurants seating.
