Food came out fast and fresh. A little pricey but for the portion you receive it’s comparable to what you pay in other airports for a meal. Also, conveniently located in concourse

Opened at 4ish am which was appreciated because we had a 5:45am flight and were hungry. Great prices for an airport!!! Good breakfast biscuits

Being a flight crew member, I like to have fast, good food. At least, that is what I thought when I was going to pay almost $20 for a burger and fries.
I'll start off by that this place is as slow as a sloth. Seemed to be one person working for about 6 customers that were in line purchasing food. I ordered my food via the kiosk that was located on the counter in the front and once it had been ordered, it took well over 20 minutes for my order to be completed.
Once my order came out, it was cold. This included the fires as well. The bun that was on my burger seemed stale and wasn't even toasted. Toasted buns make or break a sandwich.
Not sure if I would eat here again or if I would just starve myself rather than eating lousy food.

Never got my good. Never got my money back
Was asked to speak to a district supervisor. Do yourself a favor, avoid this dumpster fire
A burger and fry was nearly $20 and was one of the most disappointing burgers I've ever had. I couldn't finish it.
The burger patties have a gross mushy texture, like they've maybe cut with a lot of filler. The texture is very off-putting. Moreso, there is very little flavor. You can hardly tell you are eating beef. The fact that they charge more than $12 for this burger is an absolute travesty. I would rather eat at any other restaurant than go back here to try something else.
Thankfully, I didn't have long to wait like a lot of other people have been saying, so I guess the service for me was fine, but the airport was pretty empty when I was there. I agree with other reviewers though that the kiosk does not give very much information at all about what you are ordering. It's a bit of a mystery, and you'll probably be very disappointed by the end result.

I never usually give bad reviews but they need to change these employees. 35 mins for a sandwich while they chitchat in the back is crazy. I just wanted a refund at this point

I fly out of Richmond once or twice a month and often am in search of a breakfast sandwich. Their menu offers no pics and very little description of the meal. For instance, today I was going to get a sausage breakfast sandwich, it did not mention if it came with egg and that was not an option to add - and with no photo there was no way to tell. With the cook being less than 5’ away and through an open window I called out to him multiple times, but he did not even look in my direction - perhaps it was because he was wearing ear buds and typing in his phone (there was no one else waiting for an order). Zero customer service and you are obviously taking a chance with what they serve you since there is no accurate description of what you’ll get - add to this no employees (you order through a kiosk) and a cook that even when not working can not be bothered to answer a question. I don’t even know why I keep trying to get anything from here as it is the same every time - perhaps I am hungry and want to get a bite to eat before my flight. I also tried to reach out to them via their website and even though they have multiple locations, this one is not listed and without being able to make a location selection, you can’t reach out. Just a waste of what could be a good spot.
Food took a little while to come out, was a little annoyed by the worker sweeping around us and even asking if he could sweep in between us as we were eating. THEN there’s the dragonfly hanging onto the lettuce from under my granddaughters bun!!! She started to react as I calmed her down to not make a scene in front of the already annoyed customers from having to wait so long for their food. I called a worker over who then went to get the manager who said she would process a refund….. 7 days later…. No refund. I do not recommend this place.

I ordered here this evening. After 20 minutes and watching multiple people who ordered after me get there food, I asked the lone person working if my veggie burger was coming soon. “You got a dollar for my tip jar?” Was her smirking response.
I waited more time and had to leave without my food in order to not miss my flight.
Do not recommend.

Owner is running a ghost kitchen with one worker for the entire morning rush. It’s an airport: time is important. Nothing will come of this review.

Great, especially for airport food
Strongly advise you only to go if you have plenty of time. Waited over 30 minutes for a single breakfast sandwich, which at an airport, doesn’t work. Lots of very irritated guests. Clearly grossly understaffed.
