Flew through RIC yesterday evening and wanted to grab a quick bite. First of all, there was no one taking orders, only 2 kiosks to place an order. Both were used right in front of me but both stopped taking orders when it was my turn. Turns out they had closed. Who closes at 5:40 pm on an airport???
The workers still serving food couldn't tske the time of the day to even let me know thst had closed, completely ignored me standing by thr kiosk wondering why I can't place an order. Customer service was non-existent.

Don’t order if you don’t have less than 60 min no service
No manager to answer I paid and didn’t even get my lunch
Came right before closing and the Manager Myshan and cook Antwon were the best and pulled through for not just me but others! 10 -10 recommend!

Sean and Antwon were amazing. Caught them at closing time and went above and beyond (and late) to make sure everyone’s orders got in on time and did it with a smile!
More customer service is needed like these guys, especially in a stressful airport!
These guys made everything better.
Thanks again!

Cook in the back had no hairnet on, wasn’t changing gloves between buns and raw burger, and I saw multiple sauces left open and not refrigerated. And that’s just what I could see through a small window. Yuck!

I went to the one in Richmond Airport and Ive had their breakfast sandwiches a couple of times and they all were really good, everything is well cooked and they even butter the bread! Not to mention staff is very friendly!

This morning, heading to the Richmond airport, I realized I had not planned ahead for what I was going to eat for breakfast. Because of certain health issues, I have a very limited amount of things I can eat, and I was worried about finding anything. I knew that if I did, it would not be very tasty. But I saw that there were scrambled eggs on the menu, and the young man working said he could make them without butter. When I peeked into the kitchen, it seemed like he was putting extra love into the eggs. They ended up being very delicious! I was so thankful that I went back and told him so!

Overall ok. Nothing to write home about. There is no”service” due to ordering kiosks. Breakfast is decent while lunch and dinner is ok

Eating area is filthy, unkept, and nasty. Order takes forever to come out. You only have two choices in terminal B. Sorry folks! Bring your own food.

This is the worst hamburger I have had in I don’t know how long, served by the most unfriendly people. I’m an airline pilot and have seen a thing or two in terminals, but this place? Find another restaurant.
