Overall this is a fine location. Was a bit disappointed that they forgot some items and then barely filled the fries that they forgot. However, it was very convenient and the staff were friendly as usual!

Worst service, food and manager. I have been going to this location for a decade but recently the food and service have declined. Not one order is correct, and the food taste is inconsistent. I called to let the manager know that the past 5 order something is wrong and she said ok and hung up on me. Not what I expect from Chick-fil-a. I have never experienced a location as poor as this one has become.
Worst Chick fila I have ever been to and known. I didnât know there could be McDonaldâs standards kind of Chick fila until I met this one. The manager is also terrible, which probably explains why this Chick fila is horrible. An idiot manager who is horrible will make or break a place.

Iâm not sure what happened but post Covid, but this Chick-fil-A has not been the same. The food doesnât taste the same. Iâm always missing something from my order- although itâs condiments, theyâre still missing. People arenât as friendly as they used to be. Did they change management?

The staff member Naomy was incredibly rude and a liar. Around 12 PM, other customers and I started coming in, and she looked at another coworker and rolled her eyes and mumbled âoh my godâ. As if itâs so hard to take a couple customers orders. Then she lied to another customer about not having milkshakes when I just ordered a milkshake, so we ended up calling the manager and the manager let us get a milkshake. She never smiles. This Chik fil a is so different from the other chik fil a. The staff are so gloomy and just doesnt smile. Youâre at a hospital for Pete's sake and yet no hospitality? How ironic. Every chik fil a around here has had the best customer service EXCEPT for this one.
