Overall this is a fine location. Was a bit disappointed that they forgot some items and then barely filled the fries that they forgot. However, it was very convenient and the staff were friendly as usual!

My order was wrong how do you mistake medium with large ???
Worst service, food and manager. I have been going to this location for a decade but recently the food and service have declined. Not one order is correct, and the food taste is inconsistent. I called to let the manager know that the past 5 order something is wrong and she said ok and hung up on me. Not what I expect from Chick-fil-a. I have never experienced a location as poor as this one has become.

Worst Chick fila I have ever been to and known. I didn’t know there could be McDonald’s standards kind of Chick fila until I met this one. The manager is also terrible, which probably explains why this Chick fila is horrible. An idiot manager who is horrible will make or break a place.

I’m not sure what happened but post Covid, but this Chick-fil-A has not been the same. The food doesn’t taste the same. I’m always missing something from my order- although it’s condiments, they’re still missing. People aren’t as friendly as they used to be. Did they change management?
