The staff member Naomy was incredibly rude and a liar. Around 12 PM, other customers and I started coming in, and she looked at another coworker and rolled her eyes and mumbled “oh my god”. As if it’s so hard to take a couple customers orders. Then she lied to another customer about not having milkshakes when I just ordered a milkshake, so we ended up calling the manager and the manager let us get a milkshake. She never smiles. This Chik fil a is so different from the other chik fil a. The staff are so gloomy and just doesnt smile. You’re at a hospital for Pete's sake and yet no hospitality? How ironic. Every chik fil a around here has had the best customer service EXCEPT for this one.

The food is wonderful. The staff are always great. Lots of smiles and thank you's all around. They have figured out how to get you your food as quickly and efficiently as possible.The inside is always clean, even the restrooms. Chick-fil-A is fantastic in my book.

They treat their employees wonderful UNTIL they don't like them anymore (no im not a former employee but i visited the restaurant frequently). I don't know who owns this franchise but their management is a direct reflection on THEM! the level of unprofessionalism is unheard of, the lack of awareness (trying to clean the lobby when we the customers are sitting down eating or standing inine waiting to be serviced or for our food), the snark remarks from members of MANAGEMENT is unheard of and does not represent the Chick-fil-A brand. If this is what happens when Chick-fil-A franchises their business to owners who allow their store to be opened without MANAGEMENT at 6 in the morning they need to do better! A manager doesn't waltz in that door u til 8-9 the store has had motion at that point for 2/3 hours. A complete crew re do is what is needed and supervisors who actually WANT to supervise fully.

This has got to be the worst Chick Fil A in Richmond. As a matter of fact, I have never been to a bad Chick Fil A anywhere, save for this store. The order is NEVER correct. Ever. Even when they aren’t busy, as they weren’t tonight. Shame on me for having a car full of screaming kids and not checking my order. To add insult to injury, the manager has ZERO ability to rectify the situation. I was told to call the Chick Fil A Cares number and wait on hold… With a kid who is down dinner now… When I asked to escalate, the manager graciously gave me Tricia Fox’s name and phone number, only to realize he gave me the number BACK TO THE STORE and another manager told me there was no way to get in touch with her! A mistake is not a big deal, consistent failure is. Hopefully corporate has a pulse on these and investigates, because something is seriously wrong with this establishment.
