Awesome staff very friendly & welcoming. Very helpful & team made sure I got my order exactly how I requested. Such a Quant location. Limited seating inside but is available. Various seating Areas in lobby also. Restrooms was clean & well-stocked.

Some history firstLocation used to be an Arby's until recently, they have squeezed a Chick-fil-A with just a couple of seats.Location doesn't support the app, you place an order and step aside and wait for your name to be called. Today there where more people waiting than room.Definitely room for improvement.

I love chik-fil-a, but I am not happy in this location for couple of reasons 1. They don't accept Chik fil a gift cards. 2. They served soda at least half full of ice, so drink is gone soon. It has happened couple of times, and I started ask for less ice. 3. Spicy chiken was not spicy like in other locations. 4. They don't have chik fil a rewards.Place is clean. Although there is less sitting area inside, there is option to sit outside too.

Brand new the week of 4/24/23. There are only 2 high top tables inside but The James Center lobby has lots of comfortable seating in the beautiful lobby. Very clean space. Friendly staff and quick service. Both meals I had there the first week of being open were as good as any other Chick-fil-A I have visited. I am betting the one star review is a fake one from a rival business close by that is threatened by the competition. Looking forward to eating here in the future!

I've been to this location twice since they opened. Excellent experience both times. Food was great and staff was friendly. It was very clean. My new "go to" lunch take out place in downtown RVA. 2 thumbs up! Well organized. Especially for being new.

This location just opened and boy is it gross… absolute nastiness everywhere! Raw chicken on one sandwich, hair on the other. Do not recommend, many better lunch options in the area.
