I’ve been going to the Chick-fill-A at white oak since it’s the only best Chick-fill-A out here. Ever since they opened this Chick-fill-A i was quite excited since it’ll be a few minutes quicker to get at then white oak. I’ve only ordered at least three times since i was giving them a try each time if they have gotten better from here and got the chicken half raw (all three times) and also the cobb salad they seem to have replaced the cheese for a very disgusting weird cheese they must’ve borrowed it from the that latin restaurant next to them (no shame to them the cheese just doesn’t go well with the salad). I don’t recommend THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Go to WHITE OAK!

Normally the food and service is very good, but yesterday was the exception. I ordered 3 piece strips and medium fries. I got a 5 piece nuggets and a small fry. If I wasn't on the road I would have gone back to have them correct it. I'll still go there for my strip and fry fix.

I order on the app and do quick pick up in the drive through. My last order was ready so fast I didn't even have time to put the car in park. I was genuinely shocked how quickly they had my food ready! Highly recommend if you don't mind eating in the car but still struggle to order in typical drive through.

Decided to place a mobile order for this Chick-Fil-A to wait 15 minutes and end up with the wrong food. The bag was labeled correctly but inside everything was wrong expect the fries. After bringing it to the manger attention she told the employee to grab the food and placed it in the trash to have me wait for the correct order. I don’t understand what was the point of a mobile order for it to be wrong and they wasn’t busy.
