Ordered 12 ct nuggets, asked if got fries which was told yes, no fries,and then asked for garden salad with Ranch dressing, and got apple juce. Nuggets weren't cooked like other locations I've been they were overcooked. Only had to go 5 minutes to be able to eat, but was cold. Air fryer didn't bring back was not good. I won't go back to this location. I was only one in line when pulling up.
Parking: Parking lot is interesting that is getting in and out of parking lot, since you can go in off nine mile Rd and laburnum Ave as well.

Went today for the first time and expected it be to be good because of the recent opening, and of course it was not. Workers were confused and not comprehensive while ordering and receiving, then to only get home and my food be wrong but in a terrible state. Fries raggedy and sandwich DARK. The airfryer couldn’t save these fries.
Do not order from this location, it doesn't reflect the good qualities that the other ones have. Ordered no ice and they didn't fill it up, the food is not hot and I found hair in my milkshake.

First time checking out the new location. I ordered mobile for drive thru pick up. The first order taker couldn't process my order for some reason so I had to go to the next order taker. No big deal. Food came out quickly. Fries were not hot at all. I ordered a 5 count nugget plus an 8 count nugget meal and was given a 12 count with the meal. I was also only given 2 honey roasted BBQ sauces when I asked for 5, those 2 covered my large fries and now I have no sauce for my 5 count.

It was a wonderful experience today as it was the opening day. The customer service was exceptional. I went inside to place my order and check out the interior. After receiving my food and taking a seat to check my food, a cashier approached me with a smile and offered me a complimentary milkshake that they had accidentally made. It was very kind of her to offer it to me. However, I must mention that the chicken tenders were quite small and not worth the price, and they lacked significant flavor.
