Normally the food and service is very good, but yesterday was the exception. I ordered 3 piece strips and medium fries. I got a 5 piece nuggets and a small fry. If I wasn't on the road I would have gone back to have them correct it. I'll still go there for my strip and fry fix.
I order on the app and do quick pick up in the drive through. My last order was ready so fast I didn't even have time to put the car in park. I was genuinely shocked how quickly they had my food ready! Highly recommend if you don't mind eating in the car but still struggle to order in typical drive through.
The customer service I received was fantastic. My window was not working and I showed up about 2 minutes after close. The manager opened the door for me and asked how she could help. Despite the store being closed, she still allowed me inside to order. Likewise, while I was waiting about five people asked me if they could help in any way. Great location, and considered it was the end of the day, I was surprised how pleasant everyone was. Excellend
