Inside everyone is very nice, food is good, your standard Chick-fil-a. Outside, the layout is terrible and seems to be accident prone. Would not recommend going at any time where it could be remotely busy.

My friend and I visited this restaurant a few days ago. Although I have noticed that the Cool Wrap has not been prepared in the same way as always, evidenced by a lesser amount of chicken, the customer service we received was wonderful! In particular, Jacob and Tazia were gracious and interactive offering friendly conversation and replacement sandwiches. These two employees have gone above and beyond what many consumers today readily experience. Kudos to both of them and hope I have the pleasure of seeing them again in the future!

I'm not sure how long delivery orders usually take from this location ( I love about 5 min away), but the app said my order would be arriving at approximately 8:20 this morning. When it did not arrive I called the store and was told it was currently out for delivery no worries. My food eventually arrived an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order. The driver did not get out of the car I had to walk to the street to his car to get my order. This was the first Chick-fil-A delivery I've placed and needless to say it was a disappointment.

Nuggets looked fine but had burnt smell , and taste :( assuming oil is old and burnt. The chick fil a across the street is better but sadly they are closed at the moment.
I've never been to a more poorly designed parking lot in my life and I'm including those wild free for all grass lots at festivals. So you pull in from broad then make an IMMEDIATE left, which you are going to miss, and then you're screwed. You have to drive through the lot now and pull into the road behind the restaurant and find a place to pull an illegal U turn. Go back to the same place you just left the lot, where you'll see a sign telling you to circle the building. Well, like we just discussed, the parking lot doesn't continue behind the building, so it's literally impossible to actually circle the building. So just pull to the front of the building and you turn right where you should have turned left in the first place. Then you IMMEDIATELY have to stop, because you have to cross the two lanes of other customers who just got their food. From here you'll be facing directly into an oncoming lane, but fortunately the lines on the road will show you the insane swerve you need to make then turn right to order. You might be able to figure out the rest from here.

Food is fine but check your order before you leave the drive-thru line.
Especially if you have health challenges that limit the foods you can eat
For example, it's not uncommon to receive a sweet tea when an unsweet was ordered.
This may seem like nitpicking but for us diabetics it can be quite an issue because we have to dump the tea we paid good money for

Lady ignored me standing there trying to get a refill. I literally looked at her and asked for some more tea. Two employees looked dead at me and kept doing what they were doing. This lady went to the corner and idly cleaned a side table .. during a busy lunch period. I’ve never experienced this type of treatment here before so ima just say it was cause it was busy at lunch time? Just confused me .. what do you think I’m standing here with my drink open for looking at you and talking .. who just walks by you? Perplexed and irritated
