What happened??? Been a weekly curbside order for 3 for years and rarely a mistake. Now 3 of the last 4 orders were missing/wrong items. Happened 6 times in last 4-5 months.
Very negative experience with a team member who couldn’t take a coupon because it wasn’t for their store. The response was cold and and something I would expect from another fast food restraunt. I won’t be back and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I am disgusted at this establishment. I usually eat Chick-fil-A about twice a week. I will never eat at this one EVER again. My coworkers and I ordered breakfast through the app at 9am but never received our food. They wouldn't replace the food because it was too close to breakfast cut-off (10:20am). They wouldn't accommodate at all. We are stuck at work with nothing to eat and our refund won't be back to us for about 3 business days. I will never go back again. At the very least they could have remade our food that we paid for.
Came here for the first time the other day and the staff were friendly as all chick fil a staff were but I was also impressed seeing them greet some apparently regular customers by name when they came in. I was waiting for my order for maybe five minutes when the manager came out and apologized for the wait then gave me a coupon for a free dessert which was a nice surprise.

Our sandwiches were cold and the fries were undercooked and mushy. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and was given an Oreo one. The cashier was dismissive and unfriendly

First time where I’ve been sat at a table and someone comes to table to take order. Seems a little slower. The parking lot vs drive through was very different as well and only accessible from the front of store for drive through.

the spicy chicken sandwich y’all selling in there is nasty the meat was smelling bad I have to get my refund back because it’s was a waste of time, money I hope this place shut down y’all gonna get people sick if y’all gonna keep selling the spicy chicken the smell that is been there outside for months then y’all cook it

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, fresh food. However, the service was less than satisfactory due to poor front line communication. I relayed this complaint to the manager who was working-- it is incredibly frustrating to see your food and drink sit on the counter while others are being served promptly as their orders come up. The manager accepted my feedback, but with plenty of excuses. With a little work on coordination and communication, they'd be a five star joint

Something changed at this Chick-fil-A in the last few months. My order is almost always missing something (very unusual for Chick). Gluten free items will not be with a gluten free bun. The sign posted for mobile orders requests that you speak with a staff member to check in, at my last visit I had to interrupt the cashier with her friends after I left to use the restroom after waiting for some time, came back, and they were still talking about life. I had to interrupt just to say “can I check in?” No opportunity to check in because more often than not the staff ignores you. I know Chick-fil-A holds their employees to a high standard, but it’s been subpar.
I placed an order through the chic fil an app and it automatically made it a door dash delivery and when our family meal arrived two of the entrees were missing. I called the store and spoke to a manager and she (Deon) was extremely rude and not helpful or apologetic at all. She directed me to take up my complaint with door dash but the $100 order didn’t show up in the door dash app which is the only way to lodge a complaint with them. So basically just hope for the best because if your order isn’t right they just steal your money and do not offer any solution.

Very rude location. Got 2 orders of kids nuggets. A grilled sandwich, a 12 count nugget. I was asked what sauces I would like which was Polynesian, chic fil an and honey roasted barbecue. When I called the young lady Sierra or whatever her name, was condescending and rude. Over SAUCE. No accountability what so ever. Needless to say I will NEVER patron this location again. Chic fil La is going downhill.

For the first time in a long while, the chicken sandwich and waffle fries were A+ and worth the trip. The cashier was completely disinterested in her job as is so often the case these days. This location is small so take out customers waiting by your table side isn't the best dining experience.
