Everyone knows I love chick-fil-a, but I will never return to this location. For one, it was chaotic. There are two pickup areas and it’s not quite clear. Finally someone told me my order was in a different area. I went to go grab it and the lady asked me for my order confirmation ?! That normally wouldn’t bother me (although I never had anyone at any chick fil a ask for proof), but in this case, i feel as if i was profiled because i did not see them ask anyone else for proof.

I frequent Chic FIL A and often times this location. Usually the service is pretty good but today the service was a mess! The manager at the time was very rude and had no customer service skills. The food was cooked horribly and after spending 40$ for nuggets and getting them cooked wrong all I was offered was a free cookie or ice cream cone! This is a disgrace!.

Had a delivery from here that was 30 minutes late. I got no updates or no notifications. Only when I called the restaurant 30/45 mins late they told me we will get that to you soon. Kinda sounds like they forgot my order and it feels like if I didn’t call they wouldn’t have done anything. Now I’m lucky if I’m going to get it minimum 45 mins late. I feel this location has changed over the past year or so and not for the better.P.S. when my order was finally getting delivered; the driver dropped my milkshake on the ground because he set it on the hood of the car parked next to him as he was getting out of his car. Then left what was left of the shake and cup on the ground when he pulled off ?(Not even my car in the picture)
