Don’t not order your food via door dash from this location. They don’t confirm your order upon pickup, leading to random people coming in and stealing orders. I drove 10 min to pickup an order to be told by staff that someone else came and picked it up but they had no idea who. They wouldn’t make another order and had me handle it with DoorDash. Save your time and either use them for delivery or don’t at all, you won’t get your food. They should coming pickups so random people don’t steal food. Waste of my time and money.

My pregnant wife wasn’t feeling well in the bathroom and an employee lady offered to check on her. Another employee lady got us crackers and a water cup. They were incredibly compassionate, friendly, and it was a notable moment of kindness that left us liking chick fil an even more.

My husband and I went to this location last night and the workers were absolutely amazing. I am 8 months pregnant and have been sick the entirety of my pregnancy. My husband and I enjoyed our meal. I started feeling sick as I normally do after eating. I wish I would have gotten their names but two women there were so quick to check on me and ensure I was okay. They were comforting, kind and truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much to the individuals who were so kind to me and my husband.

This location needs better management. I ordered a nugget platter and pre-paid a week in advance with a set pickup time this afternoon. When I arrived the store had sold my platter to someone else. I was not offered a refund or a voucher for my order rather was given a platter of hot nuggets that will not reheat well. Horrible service.
I will say that I usually get pretty good service but today was the absolute worst service I've ever experienced in any chick-fil-a. Sadly my organization will not be patronized in the store again

For some reason, this location seems to have extremely high turnover. As a result, the employees are poorly trained and don't know the menu. They rarely get orders fully correct, and there are items on the menu that are not in the app. If you order without the app, you are treated differently. They will even lie to you when you order, and you arrive at the pickup window, they will inform you that what you were told won't be done. This location must thrive here solely by being the closest chicken place in the area. It's the Chik Fil A brand only in appearance.
