Patiently Waiting

I am reaching out so someone from the corporate office can give me a call. I was discriminated against because Inam black at this location and I have it all on camera. The person claimed she was the manager so Inwould like someone from the corporate office to speak with. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am considering a civil suit for discrimination. The photo attached is what I had came in to pick up. After she found me recording it took her two seconds to back up four chicken nuggets and a lemonade drink. The video I am unable to add.

Though the food is good and I’ve noticed an improvement in the worker’s friendliness and customer service, today marks about the 7th time this store has gotten my order wrong.

As someone with severe food allergies, I make it a point to tell the workers what ingredients I CANNOT have. Yet, out of every chicfila I’ve ever been to, this store is the only one who CONSISTENTLY gets it wrong. I often get bacon in my food even after specifying I can’t eat it due to my religion, I often am missing ingredients, I often have ingredients I didn’t even add- all of the above- and it’s very frustrating. Because of my allergies and diet restrictions, each one of these mistakes makes the food no longer consumable for me. I have to either drive it back to get it switched or throw it away. Once, I drove back to switch my salad which ended up coming with bacon despite me saying I cannot eat it and they made it with bacon AGAIN. Today, though I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken came fried. Also, my boyfriend was missing the bacon he ordered with his sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but when it’s nearing 10… i just don’t know what else to do to make sure my food comes back correctly . Most times, the drive through worker WILL read back my order correctly so I don’t think it’s them. I’m guessing the workers making the food are the ones messing it up. I understand it can be difficult to keep up with every detail working at such a busy fast food restaurant, but I’d truly like to see this issue improve.

No Play Area!!! We took our kids to this Chick-fil-A because the website says it has one and so does the pictures on Google reviews. However, the staff informed me that the play area has since been removed and is now a seating area with windows from floor to ceiling.

Horrible location.ordered online to get through drive through and was told to they needed to cook tenders and would be a 2 minute wait and to pull in to a parking space .Waited in my car for 15 minutes and went inside and was told that they had forgot to bring me my food? Employee suggested the remake the food which the pok another 5 minutes. Manager wasn't sincere and kept asking if I wanted a free cookie or brownie. Never had an experience like this from a chick fila ever.
