Horrible location.ordered online to get through drive through and was told to they needed to cook tenders and would be a 2 minute wait and to pull in to a parking space .Waited in my car for 15 minutes and went inside and was told that they had forgot to bring me my food? Employee suggested the remake the food which the pok another 5 minutes. Manager wasn't sincere and kept asking if I wanted a free cookie or brownie. Never had an experience like this from a chick fila ever.

Chicken filé, which can perhaps offer the same quality everywhere in terms of taste and product, unfortunately cannot offer the same quality in terms of cleanliness and staff (since it is a franchise). The long waiting time for orders and the disrespectful treatment of customers by the staff are the most annoying things I have encountered in this store. Before teaching their staff how to prepare a menu, they should teach them how to behave and talk to customers. I would rather go hungry than eat a menu prepared by these disrespectful and unscrupulous employees. I hope the manager of the business reads this post and gives the staff working there today training in humanity and humaneness first. My advice to you is to try another branch if you absolutely want to eat chicken filé menu. I will never go to this branch again.I wish I could give zero stars, that's exactly what the staff working there deserve

Don’t not order your food via door dash from this location. They don’t confirm your order upon pickup, leading to random people coming in and stealing orders. I drove 10 min to pickup an order to be told by staff that someone else came and picked it up but they had no idea who. They wouldn’t make another order and had me handle it with DoorDash. Save your time and either use them for delivery or don’t at all, you won’t get your food. They should coming pickups so random people don’t steal food. Waste of my time and money.

My pregnant wife wasn’t feeling well in the bathroom and an employee lady offered to check on her. Another employee lady got us crackers and a water cup. They were incredibly compassionate, friendly, and it was a notable moment of kindness that left us liking chick fil an even more.
My husband and I went to this location last night and the workers were absolutely amazing. I am 8 months pregnant and have been sick the entirety of my pregnancy. My husband and I enjoyed our meal. I started feeling sick as I normally do after eating. I wish I would have gotten their names but two women there were so quick to check on me and ensure I was okay. They were comforting, kind and truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much to the individuals who were so kind to me and my husband.

This location needs better management. I ordered a nugget platter and pre-paid a week in advance with a set pickup time this afternoon. When I arrived the store had sold my platter to someone else. I was not offered a refund or a voucher for my order rather was given a platter of hot nuggets that will not reheat well. Horrible service.
