This location serves the best mac and cheese good consistency on the cheese its good everytime my son loves it, I noticed the chickfili on pump rd does not have good consistency sometimes its too dry or way too oily and the mac is over cooked but this location is good everytime.

What a poorly designed drive thru. On three occasions I visited this establishment at 8:40 pm and 8:45pm and though the employees were in the building they were closed. I'll stick with my Short Pump location

We went through the drive thru. The food was delicious and I'm not a fast food person.
Hands down the best fast food restaurant at anytime but especially lunchtime!! The drive thru & the Drive thru lines were packed, very high paced & the staff worked together & they was still very friendly, and had those lines down & orders completed within a few mins! (EVEN IN THIS HEAT ALREADY!! ) My order was correct & DELICIOUS! THANK YOU ALL FOR WORKING TOGETHER & working so hard for us customers! I do appreciate all of you!! (Can’t wait until Chick-fil-A offers, honey roasted bbq sauce in a bottle!! It’s the best sauce lol)
Lovely staff, food has always been fresh. The only down side is that it lacks having a mobile order drive thru lane. Which kinda defeats the purpose of ordering through the app since you still have to wait in the long line to receive your order. I understand this location is on a noticeably smaller property so there's not much staff can do but maybe they could brainstorm something from this feedback.
