Everything is always great, staff is also great, except our last experience with Gauge. Not only did he rush our order processing, he ignored our free sandwich reward, and told us we asked for sauces when we did not. It’s not a huge deal, but this wasn’t our first time having an issue with this person. Everything else is great though!!

Excellent and quick service. The cashier (in training) was great and patient with my young children, building their confidence to place their own order.
Went to this Chick-fil-a after my daughters doctors appointment and ordered $51.69 worth of food and got all our food but my daughters ice cream cone. She was looking forward to that after her appointment and the fact that staff forgot her ice cream and I PAID for an ice cream we never got really is upsetting. Made a little girl sad. We live an hour away so we couldn’t just turn around after getting back on our route because we aren’t familiar with the area. Please don’t forget the ice cream when someone else orders it next time please!
