They don’t make your pick up orders. Not only that, but they refuse to make them. We submitted an order online 10 min before breakfast closed. We received confirmation that they were making it. Turns out they CANCELLED the order despite it being placed with time to spare and refused to honor it when we showed up. The person who refused to honor it was the MANGER of all people. The quality of food had been going down at this location for the past year or so. I’d spend the extra 5 or so minutes going to the next closest restaurant than here.

I work at a nearby building and come here for breakfast/lunch many times a week (not the healthiest I know I’m working on meal prepping okay lol) and they’re always kind and courteous and I never really have issues. Today I placed a pick up order for my breakfast and someone apparently just took it before I got in. Even though I came after breakfast had ended they did their very best to make sure I got the meal I ordered anyway and took the time to mend the situation even in a clearly very busy time. Decided they earned this review for that haha

I did a mobile order and it the app told me my order was ready. Which it wasn’t!! The young lady looked concerned and checked for me nothing. So of course I asked for my money. Not going back, I go there almost everyday when I’m at work. And before I received my money back the young lady said hers her drinks right her. If I could I would give a zero

MICHAEL WAS AMAZING!!! HE TOOK THE EXTRA MILE TO DELIVER MY FOOD EVEN THOUGH, I SUBMITTED ACCIDENTALLY IN THE WRONG ADDRESS!! He called to verify the address and managed to deliver my food hot!! Michael, I really appreciate your time and efforts and zeal! we need more workers like you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. May seem like a small thing.... but food is never a small thing to starving woman.
