Service at the drive through was awful tonight. The young lady working could obviously use some proper training. Then I get home and the burrito is an abomination. This location is terrible.

Chicken fiesta has a hidden gem. I know they are known for their Peruvian Chicken BUT the Fiesta Burger which a friend told me about is outstanding! Always cooked perfect over those charcoals along with bacon and their special sauce is delicious. Fresh cooked Burger are so much better than ones sitting in warming trays. I highly recommend you try the burger.

I let the woman know through the Intercom in the drive thru that it was my first time. She immediately told me to pull up to the window and she would help me out. Even though it was getting late and close to close, she helped me narrow down my choices and even let me try one of the Yucca fries before choosing! Awesome food and even better service!

My husband and I were looking for a different place for lunch and happened to drive by the Brook Rd. location near Lowe's. Entering the establishment, you are reminded of the Hardee's building it was previously, but it has been updated nicely. The booths are well placed, and it's clean and fresh! Reviewing the menu, we chose the steak & cheese for hubby and I got the "chicken sandwich" combo. Not realizing it was a chicken and cheese sub sandwich, I was pleasantly surprised when it had wonderful flavor! The chicken thigh meat was shredded into bite sized pieces along with grilled onion, peppers a few mushrooms and LOTS of cheese. I tried the yucca, and dipped into the sauces, it was tasty. I may not choose it again, but only because I am very partial to fries. My husband's fries were delicious! Also took a piece of the Tres Leches cake and a flan home for later, which were outstanding! Everything came out quickly, hot and very good. We will definitely return.

I love the cuisine. I will never again go to the Brook Road location. My daughter and I ordered take out with adult beverages. My favorite is the chicken bbq rib combo. Got home and the ribs had so much fat on it I thought it it turned my stomach. I called the next day. I had to bring in the food and luckily I had the receipt and the food when I was originally going to trash it. Cashier viewed all the globs of fat and proceeded to call a supervisor by phone and discuss in Spanish what to do. The beverage was watered down as well but I had thrown it away. I only got a refund on the food with seemingly hesitation. I’m a foodie. I will never spend money where I’m questioned about the quality of my purchase. My daughter’s food was not up to standard but she disposed of hers. A waste of $45
