Every time we ordered door dash they mess the orders up so tonight we go in person and they still couldn’t get the order right and they always want you to drive back no one has gas when you charge over 50.00 for three meals. It’s sad because they have great food just the staff doesn’t care and doesn’t listen and can’t read door dash tickets and they don’t care if they mess your orders up. They offer nothing but a sorry when does it change??

Where is the ethnicity balance?? Visited all Chicken Fiestas in the Richmond area. All employees where of Mexican or of Latin descent??? Please explain this racial discrimination as well racial divide?

I went when they were busy @5:30pm to make sure my chicken wasn’t dry. They were busy with a very diverse crowd. I Got the 1/2 chicken plate with rice and beans. The taste was so good it reminded me of chicken marinated in mojo but grilled! The beans and rice perfect. The dish was only $12. It was so good I ordered another plate to go. My favorite char grilled rotisserie chicken and other favorites and the best 2 for 10 margaritas! Not usually a strawberry frozen margarita person but this one was excellent!

Chicken fiesta has a hidden gem. I know they are known for their Peruvian Chicken BUT the Fiesta Burger which a friend told me about is outstanding! Always cooked perfect over those charcoals along with bacon and their special sauce is delicious. Fresh cooked Burger are so much better than ones sitting in warming trays. I highly recommend you try the burger.
