The food was very good, don't get me wrong but there menu , ? sheesh!! You need a translator to order, and not Spanish, I think it's the language of unnecessary complications ?
We waited for about 30minutes after being seated for a waitress to take our drink order. We asked 2 different servers in our area and both they weren't assigned to us. We couldn't find a manager so bar tender went and found someone. After waiting another hour, we finally got our food. We had the full rack combo. The ribs were tough but had good flavor. The street corn was cold and burnt. We will not go back to this location if ever in the area again.
I'm a Chili's fan based off or old hometown location and its staff. This location on the campus of VCU was the perfect spot before attending a show at Altria. Park nearby hours before the show, eat and drink until its time. Save LOTS of money over theater prices and park without traffic.
