Under New Management???? The shrimp was old, wings were raw, rice was cold and scarce. Now I have to find a new Chinese food place?????

Never will order from this restaurant again to long and you are supposed to get full order not complete with fried rice and also not sent you white rice, this is the most awful way to loose not just 1 ,2,3,4,5 or 6 customers but entire family and friends and I will not stop there, this made me very angry

First of all they were rude as hell. Ordered chicken fried rice. They brought me rice with no chicken in it, Forgot to bring my soda. The delivery driver turned my door knob. I open the door and she left my drink on the ground beside the door. I am so angry right now. I will never order from them again. This is terrible customer service. You should never treat people that way.

Any other time, I don't have an issue with this place. But if I'm ordering food, and you charge me for it, I'm expecting to have what I ordered. I called and told you that I didn't receive the eggrolls that I ordered and you tell me "No, you did." And I'm sitting here looking at my food. I have no need to lie over a few dollars but coming from I place I always order from, I feel extremely disrespected!

Portions are smaller than you get from other restaurants. My meal was ruined because my Shrimp egg foo yong and Shrimp and broccoli were sweet. I called the restaurant back thinking they had mixed up the salt and sugar. I was told gravy was made out of sugar and item were supposed to be sweet. I will never order from them again.

So I just ENJOYED this food. It was hot and not over cooked.The tea was phenomenal. I think you should try it for yourself before listening to the reviews.
The first experience was ok, the food was good. I had a horrible experience the second time! I ordered egg flour soup and it was so hot it burned my mouth! I asked for ice water, he said NO!! They do not understand English and I will NEVER Go Back!!

I was visiting my son that lives in Richmond and decided to order some chinese food. I found this restaurant on the grubhub app and ordered some beef and broccoli before I read the reviews. After reading the reviews I was really worried about how the service and the food was going to be. The driver showed up 15 minutes early and was very pleasant. I've had better tasting chinese food but it wasnt bad. The beef was tender and the broccoli was cooked just right. I would order from them again.
