On Christmas Day, I ordered two orders of shrimp egg foo young along with an order of fried chicken wings. Unfortunately, both shrimp egg foo young orders were unacceptable. The first order contained shrimp patties that were burnt and completely inedible. The second order was undercooked, and the patties were poorly formed and not intact, which suggested the food was rushed and not prepared with care.
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over five years, which made this experience especially disappointing. I contacted the restaurant to report the issue and was informed that a manager would call me back; however, I never received a follow-up.
If this is how loyal customers are treated, I will not be spending another dime at this establishment and will not be returning.

We have ordered here for years and have always loved the food. It's generally our favorite Chinese in the area. Unfortunately the last 2 times we have had missing items. It wasn't a huge deal (especially the first time - just missing an egg roll) but today we were missing 2 egg rolls. I really don't like to complain but it seems they may be going down hill which I really hate. Please pay attention when packing orders and start checking everything before you leave!

I placed an $80 order online, it was not delivered after an hour and a half so I called the restaurant looking for a status check. I was told a manager would call me back, I waited 30 minutes (now 2 hours since I ordered my food) and never received a call, so I called back again and was told once again that a manager would call me. I never received a phone call. Waited 10 more minutes, again never received a call, called the restaurant for a third time and was told again that a manager would call. Did not receive a call. Had to go through the third party online ordering service to get any answers. The entire process took nearly 3 hours just for me and my guests to end up with no food. BeyondMenu was great though, they got me a refund and were pleasant throughout.

Another favorite Chinese spot of ours in Richmond! These guys have mastered the art of mock meat. Got the Mock Lemon Chicken (amazing) alongside the Mei Fun, Crab Rangoon, and Fried Veggie Dumplings (THESE are must-trys). Will definitely be back! Very nice too that the staff called after I placed the online order just to be sure I'd ordered from that location. 🙂 🥟🍜
