This is my favorite Chinese restaurant, i felt sorry when they close the store on Sheila Ln, that one was very near to me. Now I have to go all the way to Cox Rd but I don't mind cuz their food is worth the drive. Everything there is delicious, the prices are affordable and the sizes are decent.
This is my favorite takeout Chinese in the whole of Richmond. Try the Chinese kung pao chicken, it’s completely different than the Americanized one, full of hot pepper and peanuts. I’ve eaten in the restaurant several times with folks over the years and always have excellent service.
We have been going to China Star for over 7 years. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is wonderful and the service is top notch! During this pandemic they were still willing and able to provide their delicious menu curbside! I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you China Star! :)
