When my other usual Chinese food restaurant that I had been going to for 20 years found new management and all the flavor changed, I found this place! The food here had never disappointed me so far!

We ordered delivery via a 3rd party app, so no grades on service or atmosphere, but wow, this food was abysmal. We both got small wonton soups; each serving contained 2 small wontons (most other local Chinese delivery spots include 3, esp at this price). I got the Moo Shu Pork, partner got the Orange Chicken. We split an order of crab rangoons.
Our order was delivered directly to us (as soon as it was picked up by the driver), and yet it arrived room temperature, bordering on cold. First thing we noticed was no rice, even though there were options for white/brown/fried when we ordered. The soup was fine, but the included noodles were stale. The rangoons were some of the coldest items on arrival and tasted and ate like they were made yesterday. We haven't managed to eat the pork, but the one or two bites of the orange chicken was enough to say that it tasted like chunks of cardboard dipped in marmalade and topped with a touch of cayenne pepper.
I can't say that I've ever felt compelled to write a review for a Chinese delivery restaurant because hey, it's usually a pretty hard food group to get wrong. But I felt compelled to share our experience in hopes that someone else will be spared this waste of $60. Should have skipped this place and just had a bowl of cereal instead.

I have been to this restaurant twice and as much as I hate to say it, I do not plan to go back. Both times I went, the employees were very nice. They were very friendly and respectful as I picked up my food.
Now, here's the bad part. The food is just not good. For my most recent meal, I ordered sesame chicken with white rice and fried chicken wings.
The fried chicken wings are very greasy and the only good part is the skin. The inside tastes like nothing. The chicken wings also smell so strong that your car will smell like fried chicken until you get the food home. The chicken is just very greasy both in texture and in odor, like the grease it was cooked in is old.
The sesame chicken is kind of rubbery, if you will. There's just something off about the texture of the sesame chicken. Also, as I was eating the sesame chicken, I tasted two tiny pieces of what seemed like peppers or something. It just seemed really out of place.
Something is not quite right about the food here. It's almost as if the food is old, or it's prepared with other food it shouldn't be prepared with. As nice as the employees are, I cannot return.

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! Today I ordered some food (noodles, shrimp, orange chicken) and when I got back home I saw the the food had no seasoning, the meat was old, the shimp had horrible taste, and the chicken was outdated. In the orange chicken I found big chunks of orange peels. I don’t encourage no one to eat at this place! Horrible food and bad quality!!

Do not order from here . I called to place a order and being that I didn’t wanna tip my driver they didnt wanna bring my food and hung up in my face which I stated if I was going to tip I have cash but my thing is yall are charging a delivery fee so what do it matter !

Really bad food, service was fine. Pay twice, once with money at the time of purchase and once as/after it's digesting smh. Ordered the lunch special, and now it's 11pm and I'm 'paying' again 🤣 not fun.

The lady at the front desk was nice and respectful! Unfortunately, when I arrived home and looked at the food, the egg foo young was well over cooked and black around the edges. I live an hour away so I was greatly disappointed by this.

Visiting the Richmond area. Referred to China Wok. Food was over priced and nasty. Ordered Sesame Chicken with Shrimp Fried Rice. The Sesame chicken was bitter with type of greasy white sauce. Never ever again STAY AWAY from China Wok in Richmond!!
