Honestly this place sucks, I have never gotten such horrible portion until I started going to this chipotle. They don't know how to fill a bowl and it has been like this for last month I have gone to this one, never again waste of time and money. This bowl in the picture was extra rice, extra chicken, extra pico, extra green salsa, and extra lettuce. Like legit where is the extra, heavy on where is the extra chicken I paid for. I tasted bad too so maybe it a good thing I got this portion. The green salsa had like no flavor, almost like it was filled with sink water and the lettuce had a weird sweet taste to it. Chipotle needs to get it shit together.

The portions they decide to give people is a joke. Whether it’s delivery or in person. When you ask for a full bowl they skimp you. Got home and my queso that I paid $4 for is barely halfway full. Don’t even bother.
The Chipotle near the VCU campus in Richmond is a food destination I go to regularly. Recently I went there and asked for a bowl and was horrified to see how little food this lady gave me. It's a white lady -- older. Not sure if she is the manager, but she barely put any food in my bowl, and since then, any time I walk in and she's working, me and my friends walk out! I love Chipotle, it's a shame she's scamming students and young professionals.

The food tastes great here but the people making the bowls don’t listen. I ordered extra everything in my bowl except for the protein and the bowl is only half full. I thought maybe it was a one time thing because it wasn’t like this a month ago but it has sadly been like this the last 4 times I have went. I really don’t recommend eating here for this reason.

I’ve been here several times as it is a convienent place for food on the VCU campus. They are extremely skimpy with the portions of meat every time. I’m talking not even covering half of your bowl type of skimpy. The workers often looked distressed and have attitudes. This place has potential just some things to improve.
