How is it on a Saturday at 5:48 pm there’s no steak no chicken not busy at all but being told it has to be made. And instead of telling people they wait until you ask to tell you btw we have to make it still well wouldn’t that been nice to know before I waited in line

I love this chipotle it’s my favorite out of all the Richmond location the customer service has always been great even under pressure with the promotions they have on busy days keep it up

I was disappointed with my recent order. I asked for extra rice in my bowl but didn't receive it, and instead there was more cheese than anything else even though I specifically requested light cheese. The bowl was put together poorly and didn't have the balance or quality I usually expect from Chipotle.

Like most Chipotles, this one was filthy too. The floor was covered with food and garbage, and most tables had not been wiped down. We stood in line to be waited on with nobody in front of us, while the circus behind the counter went on for several minutes. Food was fine.

If i can give this chipotle 0 stars that would be it . To be close to the biggest area by the diamond . The manager always look upset . Today it seems like it was a new girl and the new girl is doing both and the line is getting backed up and the manager clearly sees and avoid assisting. This place probably will fail health inspection the way it’s being cleaned by the assistance manager . You guys really need to make this a priority . Everything should change

I ordered a burrito for delivery and received the burrito pictured below. That is not a $13 burrito. Even if it were filled with more rice and lower price ingredients I would’ve been happier but this defied common sense. I get they’re running a business but apparently if you order delivery they’ll punish you for it.

I came to this location thinking I would have a better experience than at the chipotle in my neighborhood. Was I wrong. Customer service was terrible. The young lady making bowls spoke so low, and got an attitude when I couldn’t hear her. The next young lady adding the toppings did not listen to anything I asked for. I asked for light sour cream, she dumped sour cream. I asked for pico and 2 guac on the side. No pico and 1 guac was received. When she wrapped the tacos, all of the filling of on taco went into another taco. The manager requested her to remake the tacos, but she just had the other girl stuff the filling back into its original tortilla.

Get home, about a 15 minute drive max. Get ready to eat, the chicken is ICE COLD. Absolutely not. Also the chicken was not cut properly. The chunks of chicken were so large. They didn’t fill my cup of guac up.

Also, the lobby is filthy and manager was telling the workers how they just stand around do nothing.

I will not be returning to this location. It’s been a while since I’ve had chipotle and I now remember why.

Overpriced and untasty

Stood in line for 15 minutes during a down time, there was one family in front of us, no one behind us, and plenty of people on staff who were on their phones and laughing by the drive thru window. Not once were we spoken to and the employee on the line was in a rush to get off so once she finished with the family, she immediately left without speaking to us. No one spoke to us or came to take our order after that so we ended up leaving after waiting for a few more minutes. I’m sure the food is fine but I have to leave a one star for the terrible service.

Worst location in RVA. Staff was rude and unhelpful, waited 30 minutes for a pickup order that was ready from the moment I walked in. Employee on the register was ignoring customers 👎👎
