Counters are littered with scattered food particles. Server dropped a piece of lettuce and picked it up to put back on my food bowl.
The foil tops were dirty...looked like spills or previous usage. When called attention to manager. She immediately began to "explain" it without ever checking the stack. Main server has very long hair that was loosely pulled back and she continuously adjusted her hat. She was pleasant both servers were. In-between customers server with long hair got on self phone in front of food.
I personally see the need for more training . The manager was unconcerned and seemed bothered that issues were brought to her attention.

You should drive an hour out of the way to go to any other chipotle. Every time I go they’re out of essentials. Once it was beans AND chicken. Chipotle with no beans and chicken! Today it was rice, guacamole, vinaigrette, and literally every drink option that wasn’t in the fountain. The staff doesn’t care that whenever you ask for something they’re out. One time they said they were done cooking two hours before close. Today was my last straw, will NOT be returning!
DO NOT...DO NOT go to this Chipotle. They are so filthy. And the manager as he claimed was even worse. He; right in front of me; wipe part of the counter down... put the stuff back into the pans... then tried to grab my lettuce with the same gloves.... this is the exact reason this chain stay having health issues.... I left and went to Cane's next door
I ordered a salad with pinto beans, tomato salsa, corn, shredded cheese, and extra romaine lettuce. When I arrived, I received a rather heavy bowl that was pretty warm on the bottom. I thought that was odd for what I'd ordered. Upon review, I find that I was given a bowl that was filled a little over half with beans, and the other requested items on top of that. The lettuce was sparsely sprinkled on top. So they basically substituted the lettuce with beans. At this point, I was told that they were out of lettuce. I asked to speak with a manager who told me they were out of lettuce as well. She didn't see the need to give me a refund or gift card and so she didn't. As a Ginter Park resident, I am disappointed because the location is close to my home however I do not plan to patronize this particular establishment until changes are made.

I had a fantastic experience at the Chipotle in Richmond, thanks to the two charming girls who work there.
They went above and beyond to help me, providing service that exceeded my expectations.
The restaurant itself is very clean and cozy, making for a comfortable dining experience.
Highly recommend this location for both the excellent service and the inviting atmosphere!

Honestly worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They “ran out” of chicken. The chicken was literally sitting right in front of us. They didn’t know how to wrap our burritos. I had to eat it with a fork. There were no lids for our drinks. I’m usually not a Karen or write reviews, but don’t stop here!

Rude and uncommunicative I walked in and 2 people just stared at me as 6 people were standing around talking and there was no one else in there as a customer I said I'm in here to pick up my order 1 girl stared at me and no 1 said anything I said well who do I speak to and then someone turned around and asked me what I needed.

Workers avoided eye contact for about 5 minutes until they finally came to take my order, and then proceeded to argue amongst each other for the entirety of my order. Half of the ingredients that I wanted in my bowl weren't ready or cooked. Foods taste fine though.

Terrible experience. Ran out of cheese, carnitas came from the bottom of the pan crispy dry and not a full serving. They were out of chips! They made us feel as though they were doing us a favor.

The new chipotle on Arthur ash is absolutely AWFUL! We have had issues multiple times. First time told us they didn’t have chips but we paid for two chips… never got our money back. Second time once again no chips paid for 2 so they gave us the reward for chips and guacamole. We go to use that tonight and my boyfriend checks the bag there’s no guacamole.. he goes in and asked for it they tell him they can’t he shows them on the app where we used the reward and they say they still can’t. Finally a nice lady comes up and tells him since it’s on the app they can but on their side it doesn’t show it…. He ends up getting it which is fine but something told us to check our bowls once we got home. I paid for chicken and steak…… they gave me 4 pieces. FOUR PIECES OF MEAT…. We have tried to give the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions and we have clearly learned our lesson. Completely done with going to chipotle period.

I didn't think the other negative reviews meant that much until I received what is easily the most pathetic bowl I've ever gotten from a chipotle. Maybe it's because they're new. Whatever the case, avoid until it improves.
I usually come here and my food is 10/10 but today I’m highly disappointed, everything and I mean everything in this bowl was bland when I got home I just threw the bowl away.

The Chipotles in Richmond are notorious for being out of stock of everything all the time. This location and the one on West Broad are so disappointing. The W Broad store has seriously been like that for a decade. I thought since the Arthur Ash store is new, it would do better. Every day they are out of multiple items. It is poor management. Whoever is calculating their sales and inventory needs to be fired.
For this to be a brand new Chipotle it's already the worst one in Richmond. Every single time I come in the service is lackluster and/or nonexistent. If it's not the staff totally ignoring you once you walk up to the counter, it's them conversing amongst each other. The bar always looks disgusting and they never have any of the protein items. Plus there's never anybody cooking. I've never walked in a chipotle and somebody wasn't cooking. Not to mention they never have chips... Today was the breaking point I'll never be back.
