Actually the worst chipotle in Richmond every time I go there are no other customers in the building yet most ingredients are missing and they will limp wrist every portion

Easily the grossest Chipotle around. Everything here is prepared wrong. The meats are soupy and unseasoned or overly salted. They can't roll the burritos correctly. Today as I was ordering they were mixing in the fresh guac with completely brown guac right in front of my face. This place needs a whole new team.

The cashier Aralyn is very rude and has an attitude straight off the bat for no reason. The other staff member was pretty nice and helpful but after she like shoved my food to me in a rude way.

Whoever the district manager is should be fired. Idk how every Chipotle in Richmond can be so awful. Found random pieces of meat in our salsa cups, chicken was undercooked, and soda tasted weird. Partner was having stomach issues for a few days after. We already reported it to corporate but God knows if they'll actually do anything. Save yourself the money and trouble and go to an actual restaurant instead of one of these E. coli Factories.

DISGUSTING!! RAW MEAT AND FOUND ROACHES IN MY FOOD. I was having a long day and was receiving wonderful customer service until a heavy set man came from behind the store out and cursed and chewed out all the employees. I guess he's having a bad day? What kind of management are y'all doing here? I had a chicken and steak bowl what's attached is red meat and a roach I found.

It’s Chipotle! I didn’t purchase but my granddaughter did…her stomach messed up the rest of the day. She got a chicken bowl with very basic toppings…cheese, NO BEANS, lettuce, salsa
Nothing elaborate but it came with a side of ‘stomach ache’. I don’t really care for places where the food tends to ‘sit’ for who knows how long. Let’s just say, I don’t think she’ll push for that for awhile!
It’s always dirty and busy and never staffed enough. The staff is rude and lazy. Basically shoved my food at me after throwing it together lazily and not listening to my actual order. I hate chipotle but this one sucks ass.

feel like ive always had a horrible experience here. i order online a lot and each time takes an hour+ to prepare my food and each time my food is either cold or completely incorrect. i have no idea who the gm of this establishment is, but as someone who has worked at a chipotle before, DO BETTER!

Place an order 20 minutes ahead of time. Arrive on time for pickup. Order not ready. Three employees standing at the prep area and making food for walk-ins, but people who order ahead stand around for 10 more minutes to wait.
