If I were the owner of this particular chipotle I would be ashamed and embarrassed to have my name in any way be associated with this place. This place deserves to be on Gordan Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares. Seriously it has gone on my personal black list after tonight. I’ve given so many chances for this chipotle because it’s the closet one by my house besides the grace street chipotle but that deserves a whole other review. I watched 5 people in the span of 10 minutes do exactly what I did tonight which is walk into this restaurant and leave with nothing. I hope someone from corporate reads this review and realizes the amount of money that is being lost at this establishment. The workers act like it’s the end of the world when asked to do something. Eye rolls, bad attitudes, terrible customer service you name it. If you can some how look past the awful customer service you won’t be able to look past the fact that they are seemingly are always out of something. You may be fine with them running out of the poorly chopped lettuce but seriously how the hell do you run out of white rice? I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and so should you. This place desperately needs a major overhaul, I just hope someone with the power and authority that reads this cares enough to do something about it. It’s in a prime location and with the right person in charge it could be a real money maker. Chipotle I hope you’re listening.

Had a cockroach walking near the food and the employee didn’t seem to care at all and still tried to serve me food like there’s isn’t a big cockroach in front of her face. Straight disgusting will never eat here or chipotle again

Went here for a post workout meal for my bf and I. The guy who was cooking seemed frustrated as one of the employees who are on the line wasn’t available when I came in (he was in the bathroom). My order wasn’t complicated just two different things on each bowl as my bf is allergic to avocado and doesn’t care much for the fajita mix… anyway the guy proceeded to swear I told him to put guacamole in my bfs order after I was like no I didn’t , why would I say that if he’s allergic. He then snatches the bowl out the counter and clearly looked more irritated. He then proceeded to remake the bowl and now throws fajita mix in it after I had ordered it without. Instead of apologizing he seemed more frustrated and started to talk under his breath and stick his hand in the bowl to take the fajita mix out. I had to walk out because at that point no thank you, keep your bowl and that stank attitude!!

Today was the last straw with this location. So first thing first nobody speaks when you come in and when you ask how are you to spark a conversation since you will be handling my food they act like u speaking a FOREIGN LANGUAGE. I watched the short black guy today who should have been more FRIENDLY since he ask what you want TOUCH BOWLS AND OTHER STUFF WITH SAME DAMN GLOVES THAT HE ATTEMPTS TO touch my torilla with dirty GLOVES..# Nasty then to get upset talk CRAP UNDER YOUR BREATH because I informed him on my TOMATO allergy and that like I NEED YOU CHANGE YOUR GLOVES # I MEAN IF YOU GONE Change gloves common sense would tell you Wash your hands especially IF A CUSTOMER TELLING YOU AHEAD OF TIME THE ISSUE. The portion that he attempted to put in my salad bowl a kid would still be Hungry..IF IM PAYING FOR STEAK AND CHICKEN THEN THOSE 2 PROTEINS SHOULD BE IN THE DAMN BOWL. LIKE dry looking meat then asked if more Steak coming up NAW THATS ALL WE GOT TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. # IT STAYED RIGHT THERE ON THE COUNTER WHERE HE RUBBED IT AGAINST THE TOMATOES ON PURPOSE...THEN THE SO CALLED MANAGER BLACK SKINNY GUY NO NAME TAG SUCKED ALSO. Easily the grossest Chipotle around. Everything here is prepared wrong. The meats are soupy and unseasoned or overly salted. They can't roll the burritos correctly. Today as I was ordering they were mixing in the fresh guac with completely brown guac right in front of my face. This place needs a whole new team.

The cashier Aralyn is very rude and has an attitude straight off the bat for no reason. The other staff member was pretty nice and helpful but after she like shoved my food to me in a rude way.
Whoever the district manager is should be fired. Idk how every Chipotle in Richmond can be so awful. Found random pieces of meat in our salsa cups, chicken was undercooked, and soda tasted weird. Partner was having stomach issues for a few days after. We already reported it to corporate but God knows if they'll actually do anything. Save yourself the money and trouble and go to an actual restaurant instead of one of these E. coli Factories.
