I’ve heard go in person to make sure you don’t get 1/2 a serving but that definitely does not apply to this chipotle. Food was obviously sitting for a long time and bowl was not even halfway filled. No option for drinks. Regretting paying for the meal and not just saying never mind, I’ll deal with the VCU parking lot and go to Grace St next time.

I used to be a restaurant manager so I always give a place a second chance. I was pretty disappointed when we walked in a whole group of workers are all huddled over a phone and take their time to acknowledge the people coming in. They never seem to have salad dressing at this location and it's usually pretty filthy.

The food was well put together but it would have been faster for me to walk in and order. Then wait for my online order. It was a little off-putting having to have a code for the bathroom and a fairly nice part of town.

Just left this place on 3/24 at around 745 pm and the place was absolutely trashed. The kitchen was disgusting and the flat top grill was literally a giant black layer of char smoking away. They also claimed to be out of chips which I find amazing, I'm sure they just didn't want to make more. But seriously, the place looked abominable, there was food literally all over the place, kind of want to say a prayer before I eat this bowl..

Pleeeeeeese check your order before you leave the store. I just ordered three tacos without rice….white rice all over it. With guacamole…no guacamole…but they decided to add lettuce instead. Hey, it’s green, I just wish I didn’t have to pay $2.65 for green lettuce.

They are very fast in preparing your food and sending you on your way. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be in line and get my food. I usually come in the evening time frame, and the quality is still good. Sometimes stores close early just because it's getting close to closing time, but they've been open until the very last minute. Additionally, the people working there always get my order right and are kind and respectful.Vegetarian options: They have alternative options for protein and caloric intake to make sure you don't miss out on any of the dietary needs. It is not necessarily an extensive vegetarian menu. But there are definitely options.

I placed an order online for the posted "opening" time of 10:30am. First, the place doesn't even open until 10:45. At least I would be the first order and I would expect them to not be out of everything as they normally are, right? Second, I ordered a salad...no lettuce ANYWHERE in the bowl that I was provided. No salad dressing, and the wrong protein. First order of the day was completely incorrect. The woman who handed me the bag was very pleasant though. I would miss this place if i were you.See the photo for how this was, in no way, a salad.

Typically, if I want Chipotle, I go to the Forest Avenue location (which has the best of a bunch of mediocre staffs), but last night, I had to get something quick to eat in my vicinity. Every time I've gone to this location, the staff has been stand-offish and made it seem like the presence of customers was an inconvenience to them. The servings are inadequate (i.e.: half a spoonful of rice; three cubes of steak; a small fatty clump of barbacoa), and the actual restaurant feels slightly messy. I wouldn't encourage anyone to go even in a hurry.
