This is easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for most of this year and it’s gotten continuously worse.
The staff are nice but that’s where the positives end. BOTH the white and brown rice are almost always undercooked making it crunchy, anytime I ask for sides of sauce I have to remind the serving line several times or they’ll miss it, and I’m normally served less than half a spoonful of protein portions. When I ask for a little more I’m regularly met with “that will be double meat” or they give me a couple chunks more.
Today I asked for lettuce, I got maybe 1/4 of a fistful. When I asked for more the server literally grabbed one more leaf and quickly boxed up my bowl.
This location can improve by:
Learning how to properly cook rice. You literally put it in a rice cooker and wait until it’s done, I do this all the time at home.
Not being so extremely stingy on portions.
Pay attention when I’m talking to you? How many times do I have to ask for sides of sauce and you still forget to include it with the order?

Made it all the way to the end of my 14$ burrito and never tasted or seen any of the 10$ meat, plenty of beans and rice though, thanks for my 14$ rice and beans burrito that identifies as a Carnitas burrito.

I placed an order online for a honey chicken bowl and chips. i arrived and the customer service wasn't good. then i realized they did not give me the chips i ordered. i went back in to get them and again the customer service was awful. No i'm sorry for the mistake or anything. this place is 5 mins from my job so i thought it would be convenient but i do not think i will order from this location again.

Food was alright but service was terrible. Also seemed understaffed. first associate was super nice but condiment bar was a mess. My taco was teeter tottering over some spilled sour cream, lettuce and cheese (I don’t do dairy). The gentleman running register had me waiting about 5 minutes to check me out looked angry, was extremely short with me. After that I went to sit down and eat but there were no forks or spoons. So I went back and the same gentleman was tied up and clearly annoyed by the next person in line so I said screw it. On my way out he yelled to everyone EVERYBODY NEEDS TO WASH THEIR HANDS.
In a nutshell, I hardly leave bad reviews unless it’s terrible or consistently bad, this is the 3rd time I’ve had a not so great feeling going here. Won’t be coming back. Staff this place up so your employees aren’t so mad, they were clearly overwhelmed

Terrible service. The person who was supposed to serve us completely ignored us, being the only people in the room. He started cleaning a station and simply left, when all his colleagues around him signaled for him to attend to us, and yet none of the others attended to us. We just left

I’ve had 2 recent frustrating experiences at this Chipotle, both around 8:30 PM. Despite posted hours saying they’re open until 11 PM, the crew starts shutting down around 8 cleaning, dismantling food stations, and running out of basics like steak, corn, guac, cheese, veggies and sour cream. It’s clear they’re done serving customers well before closing time. If the kitchen didn’t close nearly 3 hours early, this review would be different
Please do yourself a favor and never order from this chipotle. It’s essentially a scam and there’s an actual good one in Mechanicsville. Go there and don’t waste your time <3
