This place is depressing. Terrible service and place is always a mess. The past few times we’ve been there, there’s been a blonde lady at checkout with no name tag and glasses in a terrible, combative mood. I told her my 3 entrees were on one ticket, the guy who put the order together told her it’s all on one order. She forgets seconds later and gets immediately defensive when I get confused as to why she’s asking again. The food isn’t worth the bad taste she’ll leave in your mouth, she needs an attitude adjustment.

Its actually fairly impressive how they managed to make a steak burrito with just two cubes of steak in the entire thing, with rice being 90 percent of the burrito.
And then refuse to remake it or issue a refund.

I have gone here a handful of times and been fine, however, this past weekend I was very unlucky and got a nasty case of food poisoning after having a steak burrito bowl. It was either the steak, queso, or sour cream that was off. Very unfortunate. Will probably never return after this miserable experience.

I just spent $40 on two DOUBLE steak bowls with extra guacamole. Double steak looked like no difference between regular steak. Then I got home and none of the steak (except 2-3 small chunks) was edible. It was completely fat. Inedible, chewy, nasty.
What the heck? Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m disappointed, surprised, and pissed. What a waste of money.
And I already contacted Chipotle’s customer service and they basically gave me the middle finger.

Used to be my favorite chipotle location. Not anymore. Everytime I go there now they throw everything in the bowl sloppily, the tortilla is undercooked, and the steak is the worst part. Whoever is back there cooking it is either undercooking it or it’s charred. Today it tasted like styrofoam. Sooo annoying lol will not be back.

The service and food quality has definitely went to the trash at this location. Use to be a good location then for some reason someone got the bright idea to change staff. This staff is very rude and unprofessional they act like you’re taking their personal food when it comes to portion. Which is probably true. Now I drive 10 more minutes to a different location. CHANGE STAFF

Great vegan and gluten-free options. The one-star reviews seem unfair. We went in for lunch on a Sunday and it was spotless inside, service was fast, and large portions. I haven't been to a Chipotle in years, but this location is great. Friendly and fast service too! Folks should try giving some grace and patience to workers before writing one-star reviews calling people out by name and insulting them personally. I'll be back to this location next time I'm craving Chipotle!
Always out of food at prime dinner time but they don’t restock, they’re just out for the night. Staff always seems very annoyed and usually have headphones in.

I’m a huge chipotle fan. I was down in Richmond waiting to pick up my dog from surgery and decided to kill time and get some lunch. The rice was chunky and not seasoned. Pulling out big clumps of soggy rice was very unappetizing - immediately lost my appetite. Won’t got there again.
