Server was friendly but as we are getting closer to the cashier there was this young girl or lady that had a smirk on her face and started to laugh at somebody not sure if she was laughing at me or my son but it she was rude. Employee (females) there need to be better!

Opened my to-go bowl at home and a fly flew out, made me sick and was throwing up all night. I've eaten at chipotle's plenty and had the same order and never had issues so something was definitely wrong with my food.

Undercooked brown rice, extremely hard and chewy. Not the cleanest maintained place in comparison to other Chipotles.

Evening crew is wayyy better, they're nicer and respectful. Morning crew seems to have a little attitude, and lack of communication

I placed an order through the chipotle, and the confirmation said my order would be delivered in 20 mins. However, over an hour later, my delivery driver reached out to tell me that the restaurant had locked the doors in their face and refused to hand over my order, even though it was sitting on the counter ready for pickup.
The driver even sent me photos showing employee still inside and, yup eating my order instead of giving it to the delivery driver.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If a restaurant closes earlier for pickup or delivery, it should not still be accepting new orders through the app. And under no circumstances should an employee be eating a customer’s paid-for food.
I’ll be reaching out to Chipotle corporate to report this location.

It’s 1:36pm on Wednesday 10/28/2025. They let customers stand in line for almost 15mins. They run out of all meats and didn’t even make any more. All they had was barbaccoa. One person online making food. The others just prepping food. One lady in lobby sweeping like she doesn’t see a long line. This location needs better management. And more workers that wanna be here. It’s lunch hours and they wasn’t prepared. I wasted my break standing in line waiting for food I never received.

Alright, this used to be my go to Chipotle. There are others closer to me, but I always thought this one was so much better and worth the drive. I’ve noticed a major decrease over the past few months in the service and cleanliness of this chipotle. I usually go 7-7:30pm and the tables are filthy, trash is overflowing and the drink station is a disaster. The customer service is really lacking as well. There’s one gentlemen who seems to be “in charge” who has a terrible attitude and even yelled at some of the staff in front of customers. Portions are inconsistent between staff members- sometimes I get A LOT of food and other times I have to keep asking for more of every item. Luckily, the food still tastes good. I don’t know if management has changed recently but shewww they need to get this place back to what it was.

I just left from getting me a bowl and let’s just say the customer service sucks the lady that’s making my bowl was moving so fast I didn’t get everything I wanted on my bowl as if I was working on her nerves no other customer in the store I ask the lady at the register why she was moving so fast she said that’s company policy I paid 9 dollars for something a 2 year old could eat an on top of that they are welcoming at all no one spoke when I walked up to the line she just stood there… never coming back here again

Out of lettuce. Small portions. Not worth the price. No customer service either
I order a salad.... they have No black beans, then tell me they have No cheese. I asked for a small side of guacamole to compensate for the lack of products I am without. The shift supervisor with purple hair, is profoundly unprofessional and has a poor attitude. She goes no you pay extra for guacamole. Why am I paying full price for a product that is missing multiple items? If she is your representation of customer service Chipotle needs new leadership.

This is the worst Chipotle. The store would consistently either miss or run out of items. When run out of stuff, the staff wouldn't even have the decency to tell you, they just hope you do not notice. You have to go through the head quarter just to get your bag of chips refunded. What a waste of time!
It's insane that you go here to get a burrito and its 18$ dollars and they can roll a burrito properly. I end up having to put it in a bowl and eat. If I wanted a bowl I would've ordered a bowl. The girl helping me had a terrible attitude

Why must chipotle assault everyone with cilantro?
The ingredients are tasty and fresh so I keep going back every year or so, but as a person who doesn’t love cilantro, there are only a few ingredients I can actually add to my bowl that don’t taste like stink bug.

I mobile ordered and this is the best bowl I have ever received from any chipotle, in store and mobile ordering. I usually add extra of items when I mobile order because most chipotles skimp on toppings but this one did not.
