Mobile order portions are awful!! Go in and order if you are getting food from this location. I ordered a side of queso and this is the portion I recieved as well as very small portions in my bowl.

Sometimes this location is a 50-50 chance and today when I was picking up my to go go order through a third-party. I noticed the guacamole had been changing colors, but it was still left on the line not knowing this was the same guacamole that they put in my burrito bowl Nobody wants dark brown, green guacamole

I don’t understand why they try to skimp on your food. If you want to give kid portions charge kid prices. It’s ridiculous and then when you ask for more they acting like you asked for a million dollars.

I was at this location today. There must have been 8 workers and they all seemed to be giggling and too distracted to even greet customers. I eventually left to get food elsewhere. They often run out of key ingredients and the guac rarely tastes right at this location. Best to go to another Chipotle if you can.

Just a tip, this chipotle does not place mobile orders on the mobile order rack. This chipotle also does not advertise that your mobile order will not, in fact, be placed on the obvious mobile order rack. Don’t make my mistake and wait fifteen minutes after your order was supposed to be filled before having to get in line to ask about your order.

When you say your open until 11pm but its 9:30pm on a Saturday night and you are already putting chairs up and cleaning tables tells me that your trying to close early. I understand it was slow but you should not be putting chairs up until 10:30 to 10:45pm. It would have been nice to have gotten to eat my food in the restaurant but it appeared at if you guys were closing early. Everyone that was coming in after and before us got their food and left and did not stay to eat. I dont think I'll be going back.

They only do halve scoops here for the prices that they are now such a rip off. Chipotle use to fill up the bowl and now they don't so sad to see what chipotle is now.

This location has been on the decline for a while now. Their portions are little to none, when you ask employees for more they have an attitude and barely add more, the place is always dirty, the workers most of the time are very rude, and they run out of items very early. I mean honestly this place needs to do better or just be shut down already. I really believe management needs to have a talk with the employees about maintaining a better attitude.

Me and my wife and our three kids when to the staples mill location and they definitely earned a five star , fast , friendly and quality were there , staff was friendly food fresh all orders correctly made and delicious.

I enjoyed my freshly grilled chicken. The manager came out and cut the chicken pieces up that I wanted. I have a problem with swallowing, so my chicken has to be soft. I appreciated the Management for helping me out. That meant the world to me. The staff was excellent and the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. THANK YOU
