This is one of the worst locations!! The rice is always undercooked. Doesn't have that awesome cilantro pop for taste. The fajita vegetables are overcooked there's no flavor. Explain how is the food cold if i just ordered it? Too top it off somebody always on that line that dont want to work!! Its way too many dependable people that need a job for this foolishness. Not a smile, not a hey welcome to Chipotle nothing. Imma have to Google how to cook this stuff aint no way imma keep giving you all my money

This place is a joke I ask for rice and they put literally half a spoon of rice same thing with the meat. When I ask for more they put like a quarter spoon full. Staff is rude and the place is always dirty.

If you order tacos, the meat is a an entree not a side so if the worker asks what do you want for your sides then they should first ask for your meat like any other order. They get your sides first, then con you into getting the chicken put in a cup. Being the bigger person, I then ordered an additional that I never actually needed if the staff cared enough to explain how the meat for the tacos is viewed as a side. Next time have people that care enough to make sure the person is getting what they want and admit that they didn’t explain it adequately because nobody thinks of your main protein AS A SIDE! Train your people better in customer service!

I usually eat here at night time and all has been well, but someone on day shift made me very sick yesterday. They put too much salt (and I mean TOOOO MUCH) on something, which caused me to suffer from a migraine all night long into this morning. This morning I’ve woken up and have such scary symptoms I’m considering going to the hospital now (super tightness in the chest and it hurts badly, migraine, and nausea), and I know it has to do with all of the salt. Lastly I want to say that I am a healthy person and have never had this problem with salt, but I feel like I was poisoned in a way.

Mobile order portions are awful!! Go in and order if you are getting food from this location. I ordered a side of queso and this is the portion I recieved as well as very small portions in my bowl.

Sometimes this location is a 50-50 chance and today when I was picking up my to go go order through a third-party. I noticed the guacamole had been changing colors, but it was still left on the line not knowing this was the same guacamole that they put in my burrito bowl Nobody wants dark brown, green guacamole

I don’t understand why they try to skimp on your food. If you want to give kid portions charge kid prices. It’s ridiculous and then when you ask for more they acting like you asked for a million dollars.
