Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the location where Chesterfield Towne Center is. The employee didn't get her name however she wears glasses. I saw her brush rice on the counter into the pan of rice. Nasty, unsanitary and DEFINITELY CROSS CONTAMINATION. DO NOT EAT THERE. I told the Manager on duty. She just said ok. They should both look for new jobs. I took my money elsewhere. PLEASE YALL DON'T GO THERE AND RISK GETTING FOOD POISONING.

I’ve been coming to this location for years as it is close to my house. The manager here is pressuring employees to skimp out on meat portions . I’ve been to 6 other locations in Richmond, regularly with no issues. I hope your low food cost bonus is worth being stingy with customers hard earned money . A kids meal gives you more protein than they put in their bowls.

Worst Chipotle location. They messed up order twice in a row.
First time when we orderd through their app, they put 3 extra stuff on my child's bowl. Second time they labeled our bowls with wrong names, placed the heavy saucy bowl on top of the light bowl so the bottom bowl was squished badly, and had the sauce from the top bowl all over. The bottom of the bag was wet and torn from the sauce. What a mess. Common sense, please. We will not use this location again.

“Extremely disappointing experience at Chipotle in Chesterfield Mall. Ever since they raised their prices, not only has the cost gone up, but the portions have drastically shrunk. It’s unbelievable how little they serve now—except for the rice, which seems to be the only thing they give in abundance. Definitely not worth visiting at all!”

The portions are quite large. You decide what ingredients you want in the burrito or in the bowl. They prepare them quite quickly and the flavor is very good. Totally recommended.

Missing chips from order. Didn't want to go all the way back for $2 bag of chips. So they got me for $2... Wasn't even busy, so no excuse for forgetting it. I now see why it has such a low star rating...

Small serving size compared to other locations. If your hungry, go to a different branch!

After several conversations about needing only mild foods, I was assured I had mild items in my bowl. It was a takeout. I could only manage 1/3 of the bowl because it was too hot for me personally so the rest was thrown away. I was looking forward to the healthy meal and wish I had been directed better. One challenge was the server didn't speak much English so communicating was challenging.

Out of 8 tables five were still dirty and no where to sit . Decided to go home after asking someone to clean a table twice .
