This location was usually dependable in the past. But on this wed after the storm something was off. Rice was undercooked. Salsas are super salty and the grilled peppers/onions tasted like over pickled veggies. Some of the staff was just standing around and not doing much.

Will try again in the future before updating this review.

Beware of the servers at this location. On two separate occasions I’ve ordered one scoop of chicken (regular), watched them give a large scoop and tell the cashier it was double. Doesn’t matter that I didn’t order double chicken- they will admit they messed up/scooped too much yet still demand the customer pay extra for their mistake.

I love the taste of Chipotle, but I hesitate to go there because sometimes the servers start making your food with dirty gloves, or they have unclean hair or nails. The last time I went, I was really looking forward to lunch, but the boy who was serving had a very dirty nose. I bought the food, but I couldn’t eat it. Restaurants should have clean, sanitary facilities and staff.

Frankly very surprised to see the 3.4 rating. I thought my bad review would be up against a 4+ rating.

To be fair, I have always loved this location and they have been fair with food portions. I have two store options and I drive an extra 3 miles to get here.

Cleanliness was never an issue here until this visit. It wasn’t too busy and after waiting in line for 7-8 minutes, I was pretty disgusted and walked out.

The servers wearing the same gloves were handling the tortilla, using the serving spoons, dipping into the lettuce and cheese with their gloves, cleaning the table and wiping the gloves on their aprons and they were doing this over and over.

With the low traffic, compared to my other visits, they could have taken the time to clean up and be a little more diligent. What finally broke the camel’s back was the food handling - as they swapped containers emptying the food from the older containers into the new containers, the water stuck to the bottom of the older container found its way into the food. Sad!

This chipotle is always skimpy on the portion for the price that you pay. How do you run out of queso at a Mexican restaurant. The cleanliness of a store needs improvement was very dissatisfied

Apparently bowls have 2 scoops and the 2nd one is a half scoop so when you ask for a 3rd the nasty attitude manager posted behind the grill monitoring all the workers scoopage ratio is going to say you bought a side for almost 2 dollars 😭😂??? that’s double meat money for a scoop of rice and wouldn’t even give me a name just wanna let you know the 1-800-CHIPOTLE hotline didn’t like what you did because rice scoops are free with the purchase of a bowl you can get as many as you want 😂 just like i said the hotline worker gave me a free entree QR code and said they’ll be taking action and pushing my complain forward. LIKE I SAID its not about the money it’s the principle don’t scoop the rice in and close the bowl then when checkout time comes not even mention the 1.60 charge and try to sneak it in. If the kid making my bowl would’ve let me know my manager will charge you for a side if you get another scoop of rice I would’ve just said leave it. Anyways thanks for the free bowl & a reminder not to come to this trash location lol

I came here a day before and got the exact bowl with the extra rice and got charged normally 😭 It’s the principle I could care less about $2 now I have to starve my whole lunch break because you wanted to finesse me for $2 and told me to “get out of your store” refunded me for the bowl and threw it in the trash instead of just owning the mistake or respectfully admitting your wrong and giving me a free drink or something to cover the charge you wasted a whole bowls worth of material and refunded me that’s just being petty and trying to power trip as a chipotle manager 😭 you’re not the president just put my bowl in the bag and make sure it’s closed properly🙏

Stopped by here for lunch today around 1:30. The place was practically empty but it was filthy. Not one single clean table. Trash all over the floor and windows had greasy smears...gross. if the dining room is like that what is the area they prepare the food like. Lots of staff standing around doing nothing.!!!

Order was to be ready by 1045am. Store started late with the order. I arrived five mins before they were to open and before the order was supposed to be ready. they didnt wanna come to the door so i could tell them i was here for a delivery. They wanted to wait to start making the customers order until the store opened. Also stocky hispanic dude with a hat on was rude. For no reason. As i was trying to explain i was there for a delivery and it was freezing cold out. Will be contacting corporate.

This Chipotle is gross, both the food and the facility. I went there to get a bowl tonight. The black beans were a slop of goo. When I saw the beans I started to tell the attendant to not give me beans or get new ones. There was no guacamole either - they were out. How can you go to a Mexican restaurant and they're out of guac? The bowl, between the beans, watery sour cream and salsa, was a soupy mess. The restaurant was dirty, with food all over the floor, and the bathrooms are run down, with built up crud in the corners, rusting door jambs showing the insides of the frame, with flakes of rust intermingled with stuff on the floor. I'll be sticking to a certain Mediterranean bowl fast casual restaurant just down the road now. I couldn't eat the whole bowl and should have asked for my money back but just wanted to get out and on my way.

Avoid this Chipolte. Most are great. This one is SUPER cheap. Had to order double meat just to make my meal even enjoyable. On top of that I asked for extra corn salsa and they charged me an extra $1.60. Mind you I don’t get anything else on my bowl. No peppers. No onions. No sour cream. The fact they couldn’t add a little extra corn salsa is ridiculous

This location at THIS time of day (10:45... When they open) was great. Everything was ready, tables, floors and soda dispensers were clean. Outside(which is where we sat) was free of trash, tables were decent although they could've been wiped down, but wasn't messy, just dusty. All in all. Nice. Food was great, right temp, correct proportions and of course, the taste.... The flavor of what you expect at CHIPOTLE. We'll be back!
