i love chipotle but good god did that food make my tummy not happy right before an awards ceremony i tell you i was fighting for my life in that bathroom. like u can probably just make the same food at home and WASH THE INGREDIENTS.

Ordered online takeout, 2 bowls, lrg chips & guac, and 1 tortilla, at a cost of $35. On the way to pick it up I realized I forgot to order enough tortillas. I arrive to pick up the order and was told they can't add 4 more tortillas, I will have to wait in line to order them. No problem, it's my fault, I wait in line and order 4 plain tortillas to go with my prepaid order.
When I arrived home, the original order is missing the tortilla. Not a big deal, but still annoying as hell. Open the bowls, and both are about half filled, mostly with rice.
I stopped ordering here almost a year ago for similar reasons, and thought I would give them another chance. This place didn't improve. It only got worse. Place is unorganized, and the facility was disgusting. Will not be going back to this place again.
Try a different location, or try nearby Mezeh, Short Pump as an alternative. It is clean, organized, and offers generous portion sizes.

Awful Chipotle. Portions are tiny (half a spoon full of chicken last time), pay extra for what should be a normal portion. Food is constantly lukewarm. Go about a mile further down the Broadstreet for a slightly better one ,though the quality decline is noticeable across the entire franchise since Covid

This is, quite possibly, the worst Chipotle ever. The guacamole is always off, they never honor portions, and they honestly just don’t care about your order and if it’s right. I have gotten too many wrong orders from this Chipotle to go back. Save your money, drive down Broad a little further and go to the better Chipotle down the road. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of themselves and their staff. Do better.

This place is terrible. Ordered take out this evening and it was all just complete garbage. The three kid's meals were assembled and not in the correct containers. Which of course left the kids with meals they could not eat as they do not eat portions of the meal normally. When we assemble them at home this is not a problem. The portions of the sides were nonexistent also, so we couldn't make do with just eating those instead. I ordered a salad and paid for the double potion of meat. The salad had about six leaves of spinach in it. The meat was nonexistent yet again. I can honestly say without exaggerating maybe 8 pieces of meat all together. My wife's bowl which we did not pay the fee four adding an additional serving of meat had considerably more chicken in it. This location has always been inconsistent, but this is a new all-time low. I will no longer spend my money with Chipotle. The cost is too high to be constantly disappointed. In this area full of options this is an option we will no longer consider.
20 dollars for a burrito and a small drink. Chipotle is worse every time I come. They skimp on fillings then want to charge you if you ask for a reasonable amount.

Typical Chipotle - good food but terrible service and atmosphere. Put in a take out order, but when I opened the bag, no utensils or napkins. So I decided to eat in the restaurant, and it was filthy in spite of nobody being in line. Employees just standing around. Tables not wiped off and food and trash on the floor. If it wasn’t for good food, I would never eat here again.
