Dirtiest, slowest Chipotle I’ve been to. Two dropped bowls and broken glass on the sidewalk. EVERY table was dirty with food and trash. Half of the fountain drinks were out of order, the lemonades were empty. Trash on the counter under the drinks, out of napkins. The trash cans were overflowing so I had to shove my food down on top. Yes I said food, found a hair in my daughter’s bowl and threw it away. The manager did refund our money for that one. I’ve never seen such slow or rude servers on the line, very pushy and I swear they were half sloth with how slow they moved. It was very apparent that the employees did not want to be there. There, I think I got it all. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

I had a large order of chipotle burritos prepared for a crew working for a company event. I ordered a variety of burritos (steak, carnitas, chicken) and delivered them to the event, when I arrived I told the boys that I was with thick meaty burritos for a couple of hard working men. In reality I brought nothing but a bunch of beans and rice wrapped in soggy tortillas, it’s as if I picked up the wrong order and walked out to deliver it to a bunch soft-handed, vegan, ninnies. Very displeased with my order, received no meet of any kind in my burritos, will not be back unless compensated.

The food was nit impressive and the eating area is always dirty no one cleans the tables. The drinking station needed to be refilled and cleaned. The server area was dirty, and the servers were sloppy, making the first impression horrible.

There is a young black girl there that has the most nastiest attitude. I hate seeing her when I go in there and HATE is a powerful word. I actually turn around and try to come back when she is NOT there.

unfortunately my chips were not cooked fully, super greasy and soggy. had to take the remainder of my lunch to drive back up there to get edible chips and a refund for my chips only. cant eat my food now since i have to make 2 trips. a gift card to compensate my time and gass would have been appreciated but i guess they dont do that anymore.

I asked for salad dressing and they said they would get it for me if I could wait a minute. They then made a FRESH batch of dressing and asked me how many I wanted. Every other location I've been to just tells me they are out of dressing. AMAZING SERVICE tonight.

Disgusting. Tables were filthy, trash was overflowing, drink area empty of juices with garbage scattered. Napkins had a little left in one of 4 containers, and the dining area looked like they haven’t been touched all night by staff. The staff was busy hanging out with themselves and had zero care about the cleanliness of this restaurant. It reminded me of eating off the local economy in a 3rd world country.
Standard Chipotle experience. Good ambiance. Service with a smile. Yummy food. Enjoyed.

No exaggeration, this location is terrible. Service is always slow. Nobody moves with any speed. Staff looks like they hate their lives. ALWAYS SKIMPS ON SERVINGS. Not enough rice and double chicken always seems like 1 scoop.
