whoever made my bowl for doordash needs a raise

So today I was made aware by a very close friend of mine that upon entering this establishment a young possibly Hispanic girl walked off and whispered to her counterpart a young man. They both were far from inviting which caused my friend to leave and not order any food. When she turned around to leave the young man began to clap/applaud as if he was glad he didn’t have to do a job HE APPLIED TO DO! The manager was standing near both of the employees and did NOTHING. And was just as rude to my friend when she tried to report this bad behavior. We will be letting all of our friends and family know about how rude and unwelcoming this Chipotle is until something is done about all 3 of them. So unless you want to lose business y’all need to get a better handle on your employees and how they treat your customers. Very unprofessional and we are even more disappointed.And I only put those stars because I needed to post this review. Otherwise if I could I would post it without them. This location deserves ZERO stars!

This is the second time I have been disappointed. First time I ordered steak and received chicken. This time, I ordered guacamole and sour cream and received neither!

I ordered a “salad” and got it home to see there were a total of 6 pieces of WILTED lettuce in the bowl and the bowl was filled with liquid. This was a soup. Not a salad. This is completely unacceptable and inedible. I had to throw this entire meal in the trash. This Chipotle has completely gone down hill. It constantly gets our orders wrong or leaves something off. This is the last straw. I have tried contacting their online bot “Pepper” and have been completely shut down every single time. Totally unhelpful. I then called the restaurant to speak to someone about a refund and the automated voicemail was redirecting me to “Pepper” the online bot. Such a mess and completely ineffective! We will not be back. And I’m posting this to hopefully have someone provide me with an actual email address to and ACTUAL HUMAN that can help me.

Ordered online and went to go get it, they had lost the order and when I showed them the order in the app they just began ignoring me until I walked away because no one would say anything. Eventually someone found the order and made it.

There is always some problem related to ordering online vs. ordering in store. You order a whole bowl in person then try to use a coupon QR code and they tell you it only works online, and you have to go in the app and order online just to pay for the bowl (I've used the exact same kind of code from the same promotion at other locations with zero issue). You ask for chips, and they tell you chips are for online orders only, so if you download the app you can order just chips right there in front of them and they'll give them to you, but you can't pay for them with the rest of your order. Just let me pay for everything in person!

Been here a few times because it’s close to work. Always a dysfunctional atmosphere but today I misplaced a credit card and hoped to inquire if I left it there. Numerous phone calls completely unanswered. Maybe the employees kept it. Who knows? Who cares? I guess nobody!

Extremely disappointed with my recent order. I found what appears to be a cockroach in my food. And when I come back to tell them about it, they were justifying this by saying oooh this is from the lettuce.

This Chipolte is clean and has good food. The problem is mismanagement? I eat here 2-3 times a month. Sometimes, they have no cheese, sometimes no straws. Once they didn't put the chips in the bag. Yesterday, there was a sign, exact change or card only. I always expect there to be an issue.

The store is very messy and the seats had food on them. There was food on the floors and the condiment station was dirty. The service was also horrible. This man was very rude!
