I will post the picture if I don’t get this resolved. The “manager” yelled at me husband. His friends were in front of my husband and he loaded the bowls up happily for them. My husband sees a small scoop of chicken on his bowl and says something. The manager then says “ get your food or get outta here”. When asked the managers name he wouldn’t give and was not wearing a name tag. So we took a photo. Someone needs to contact me before I go to every outlet I can about this experience. We spend so much money at this location and I can say we will never return. I will drive out of my way to another location so we will not have the disrespect while patronizing a business. Sadly, after looking at the reviews, I see that this is common practice here so whoever the owner is your employees are ruining your business and you need to do something. I want someone to reach out to me. Give me an email or a link or you will see my response to this everywhere you can imagine.

It’s 930 pm and they are closing up already although they close at 10pm. Asked for chicken and white rice they said we are not restocking tonight. Which is weird because yall have a full hour and half left. Very poor service and very poor environment. Would not choose

As a fan of great service and the best reviews I must say that each of my family members have experienced on separate occasions the following: tiny scoops of food, service too fast that you can barely say what you want, low on food availability and smaller portions of food. I’m not sure if the manager is telling them to take small baby scoops for inventory but other customers complain as well.

Second time I've had a bad experience when I order online at this chipotle. They have left a large space on my plate and only covered with sour cream, I don't think I can buy an almost empty plate.

Not only did they miss THREE ingredients in my bowl (guac for which I paid extra, corn salsa, and hot sauce) but packaged it so horribly that it leaked from the bowl, bag, and into the seat of my car.

It took one of the women that was sitting down talking with her friends to approach us to make a bowl. There were 3 employees behind that could’ve served us and didn’t even acknowledge us. Poor service from this location tonight.

So today I was made aware by a very close friend of mine that upon entering this establishment a young possibly Hispanic girl walked off and whispered to her counterpart a young man. They both were far from inviting which caused my friend to leave and not order any food. When she turned around to leave the young man began to clap/applaud as if he was glad he didn’t have to do a job HE APPLIED TO DO! The manager was standing near both of the employees and did NOTHING. And was just as rude to my friend when she tried to report this bad behavior. We will be letting all of our friends and family know about how rude and unwelcoming this Chipotle is until something is done about all 3 of them. So unless you want to lose business y’all need to get a better handle on your employees and how they treat your customers. Very unprofessional and we are even more disappointed.And I only put those stars because I needed to post this review. Otherwise if I could I would post it without them. This location deserves ZERO stars!
