Let’s start off with their greeter, a hot headed crackhead that’s asking everyone for money, employees do nothing about it. Which leads me to management, it’s clearly out of control and the “manager” on shift constantly has an attitude…no one told you to work there…the place is always a mess and you can bet your paycheck that your bowl will have someone else’s sour cream on it…gloves are always disgustingly dirty, lastly their portion sizes are disrespectfully small, making it seem like it’s coming out of their pockets… which is the reason they’re 3 stars on Google I see I’m clearly not the only one. I hate leaving bad reviews specially when the food itself was decent but this branch needs to be shut down and restructured from management down.

They treat you terribly and make faces when you ask for extra. They don’t want to listen and are always trying to rush you when there is no one else in there except you. I don’t know why they show up to work when they don’t want to work. They are so stingy as if it’s coming out their check. If there was an option to give them zero stars I would. I truly suggest you not go there.

I don’t know who was working the 8:40 Jan 13 shift but they were fantastic! It was two teenagers the girl with reddish brown hair and a guy with black curly hair. SUPER nice, great manners, and great food. I’m gluten free and for the first time in what feels like forever they changed their gloves! They always have more than enough food which I’ve found isn’t in most places. By far the best chipotle in the Richmond area!

The food is usually ok, but why is the restaurant always trashed? It can be completely empty and the dining room is filthy. The tables are dirty and the floor is always covered in food and trash.

my sauces were forgotten for the burrito and for the chips. obviously the ingredients are in the store so why don't the employees care at all when they're being paid to work for the easiest restaurant to work at?

Given the location of this chipotle I was expecting MuCH better customer service. I've noticed a lot of the reviews suggests the same issue with the way employees greet and or interact with their customers. ( I think someone important on chipotle team might need to look into this)As I mentioned The customer service was poor!.. There's not that busy inside to have such bad customer service. It takes a second to greet your customers warmly and your Body language says a lot ... I really rubbed me the wrong way. As for the food, The quantity of the food was "Stingy" (small) I'm use to chipotle more filling size and the ingredients didn't look as "chipotle fresh" the fajita veggies were very soggy & the flavor was lacking..... Something was off about this chipotle... maybe they just had an off day. I'll like to come back another time and try them out.

We just picked up an order. The taco came with only the two shells and lettuce. No meat, no cheese, no other toppings ordered. Just shell and lettuce. I can’t reach anyone at the store despite three attempts, the automated system never connects you to someone at this store. Absolutely frustrating on so many levels.

I stopped going to location closer to me because of the service so I've been going to this one and another one nearby. I'm convinced I just need to stop going to chipotle all together. I went to this location and while the lady was making my food there was food that had fell on the counter from previous ppl food she brushed the food on counter into the food she was servicing me from. Yes nasty rice was on counter instead of her brushing it to be thrown on trash she brushed it back into the rice container luckily she had already given me rice before she did that. I get home and notice a smell and I now know that is sour smell. The rice smells sour I just wasted my money cuz I can't eat that bowl w that smell of sour rice.
