How are you going to operate tomorrow? Are you really out or just to lazy to go in the back to get the silver container...Not at all like northern Virginia. No need to come back to this location.

The salads are definitely over priced, but worth the money! They fill you up, leaving you ready to plan your next visit! I would suggest if you like heavy dressing to eat it there in the restaurant and not to go. The salad can get soggy! But definitely would recommend this spot for a lunch date or work lunch! Very good!

I used to love the Willow Lawn location, but new staff have ruined it. The last three times I've ordered from here have been a nightmare. All three times were Sunday evenings with the same staff.Awful Timing: Every time, I order online and it will say "ready by X time". Every time I have shown up 10mins after the "pickup time" but every time they have not started my order despite no customers being in the store. I waited over 30 minutes beyond the pickup time last time.Awful Service: I spoke to the same staff member each time (cashier) to give my name for my order. They say "ok we are working on it" but no one is working on anything. Every time, a different member of staff sees that I have been waiting >15mins and asks for my name, and they do the order themselves.Inconsistent Food: the last two times, I have ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. Used to be amazing, but last time they did not use a drop of Caesar dressing (despite me ordering it), and the time before that they forgot to add the chicken entirely.It's a shame what happened to this location. I will never be going back and I hope they fire the Sunday evening staff because it is pathetic.

I visiting Chopt for the first time this Sunday. First of all, it was extremely expensive, so even though they give you a fairly reasonable portion size, it will cost $18. I ordered the apple salad and added fried chicken. The reason why I added fried chicken(@ $5 additional) is because I like my chicken hot and my salad but they pulled cold, soggy fried chicken off of the salad bar like what?: so I would not happy with that. The salad didn't come with cucumbers or olives so I added cucumbers, olives and pickled onions not realizing that it was an additional 80 cents for a small cup of each of those items. No other place that I get salads charge extra for regular veggies. Not Panera or Chipotle nor, CAVA. Finally, the salad overall was just okay. Definitely not worth $18. I can go to longhorn and get their delicious chicken and strawberry salad for that kind of money and any other location that sells salad is a lot cheaper than this one. I definitely will not be going back

Tried this Chopt location a week ago for the first time (first time ever trying Chopt in general). Me and my friend arrived around 6pm (Friday night). Upon walking in, it's looked nicely designed, like the place was newly built. Plenty of spacious seating options. Aside from the workers, we were the only people inside, actually thought they were closed due to the lack foot traffic. But once we stay down and ate more people started to filter through placing to-go orders. As for the salads, I personally was not a fan. I opted for the "make your own" option and got a salad with "warm roasted chicken" (all other meat options are served cold) and a few other toppings, and "ranch" as the dressing. Idk what recipe is used for the ranch but it definitely tasted off. My friend ordered the traditional Cobb salad. Neither of us really enjoyed our salads, 2/5. They both came with slices of "artisanal bread" that were as hard as bricks 0/5. Overall, I would not be returning to Chopt. I personally am not that big on salad, my best friend is, but neither of us enjoyed our experience. $16-$20 for cold topping salad is too much. I've definitely had muchhhh better that cost less.

I held off writing this review thinking it may have been a one off but the bad customer service seems to be a theme with the current staff. Any establishment that offers choices or the ability customize meals should not employ wait staff that refuse to acknowledge people as paying customers. They answer questions with an attitude and don't even respond to a hello or a thank you. I always leave feeling like I have imposed on the people who work there. Don't think I'll be back which is unfortunate because the food is really good. :(
If you want your completed order, dine in or pick up so you can check it. My delivery orders are never complete, ever. There are always items missing. Yesterday it was the potato chips and caramels. The order before, it was the salad dressing and bread. I have even taken advantage of the notes section. Doesn't matter. It has become a running joke with my co-workers and myself, "Wonder what is missing this time". The salads and bowls are good, just wish we could depend on delivery because we would absolutely order more often.
