This place is so clean it sparkles. I’ve been multiple times and each time I go I continue to be impressed with the level of service and food quality provided. Food is always fresh and the workers are all friendly and perform top notch. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a healthier option.

While eating at the restaurant, I noticed I received a different salad than what I ordered online. The new manager (Jassie?) must have noticed the look on my face and asked me what was wrong. I showed her my order online didn't match what I had and she quickly had the correct salad made. Sometimes in restaurants mistakes happen, but noticing them fast and proactively without me having to get up is pretty rare service these days. Salad was fresh and filling.
I have been an online Chopt customer over the last few years on a regular basis. The quality of your salads have definately been on the decline. I've noticed the last couple of salads that I have ordered have either been missing the chicken altogether, or very little has been added, as well as skimping on other ingredients. The one I ordered today was mostly lettuce. These salads all-in cost almost $20. They've gotten smaller over the years as well. Please don't skimp on your ingredients, especially at this price point. You have competition in the complex that loads their salads with chicken. I'll probably be patronizing them more often!

I ordered a salad with falafel and was disappointed. The falafel was obliterated making it a coarse meal texture throughout the salad. I have had better salads and bowls here but this one has ruined it for me for a while.

This location use to be my first choice for lunch. In the last couple of months it’s become my last resort. If I do choose to go I spend most of my time in line. Which takes most of my lunch break away. Staff members have little to no knowledge of what toppings go in menu item salads. Most of the time my salad is wrong. Even the times I’ve ordered online. There seems to be a high overturn rate with staff. When you walk in the atmosphere is dreadful. The quality of the food has gone down dramatically in the last couple months.
