Front desk associate Jeremiah was great. Some associate Ramsey was rude about the trampoline. It was plenty of mothers over there with their kids who had also had not paid for trampoline passes. I was not aware and there was a nicer way to say it. Then when my son and me walks away he pretends like he’s dusting but wants to sneer in our direction like I did something to happen when all I did was comply after he said it’s a separate purchase. I know what discrimination looks like in 2025. Very uncool.
My buddy Mark warned me about some weird manager who was there with his baby, but I ignored him. My kids have loved this Chuck.e cheese but we will not be returning. The food was alright; but the dude with the baby didn’t have his kid this time ig, but he was weird, the way he’d stand there or hang around, felt like we were all on the clock or something, plus I didn’t like the way he talked to his employees. I feel like a Karen but I’ve dealt with inconsiderate jerk managers before and that guy just rubs me the wrong way, like genuinely. I should’ve listened to Mark, the atmosphere was alright, same as always, servers were fine per usual, but Tim really just ruined it.
Unfortunately this chuck e cheese did not meet expectations. Many of the games were not working properly or missing most of the balls. Had to call a manager out to the front desk, because the cashier didn't know how to use a groupon. The pizza was also dry. Guess I will be heading either to hampton or the other richmond location next time.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a place that has kids running around everywhere. All the staff were really sweet.

This Chuck E Cheese is a good place for my 8 year old to enjoy himself. The pizza is good and they keep the place clean. It is not as cool as the Chuck E Cheese of the 80s but this is definitely a lot of fun for the kids (and adults, lol). I was also impressed with the customer service at this location.

Over priced
Restaurantji Recommends
Way over priced.
Last year you can go play every game in there 1 hour for 20(less w/coupon)now it's almost 40 for hour with card..then you pay your kids go in..1st thing they see is a trampoline you can't pay with the card u need to go back to desk and pay extra but your kid has to be almost 5 feet tall..50 bucks so my 2 year old can non stop cry because he can't do the main thing in there..but his brother can..if you pay extra after the 40 per hour..go to skyzone or urban air..or even swaders..better deal for the money..more activities..unless u like cardboard pizza and your a billionaire with money to blow..and your a child over 5ft tall
