The grandchildren had a blast. There are so many different games the kids are undoubtedly excited. This was our first time visiting the location on Broad Street and we are definitely, delighted upon returning. All staff members are extremely nice and the cleanliness is perfect. This is our returning children's place now.
I visited this place on Roblox 10/10, would not recommend walking
Kids loved it!
I’m kicking myself for never getting this young ladies name but… Regardless… I’m a big fan of calling out exceptional service when it’s due, and our birthday experience was great as a whole but I wanted to call out one young lady in particular. I will add her name to this review when I call and get it because her amazing, patient, calm and welcoming demeanor is the whole reason we decided to have my sons 4th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese to begin with.
We had went on a random day a few months ago for our first time, and she was so kind and patient with us it truly sold us on having our sons party there. Fast forward a few months, and she ended up being our party planner the day of! My son gets a bit excited and it can be a lot handling his bursts of emotions sometimes. And through my stress as a mom she was so reassuring, so kind, never dropped her smile and NOT ONCE did her smile feel like it was anything but genuine. Talking to her I learned she wants to be a teacher, and I can only hope one day our future children get to be taught by such a kind and patient woman.
Her radiance was infectious, her patience was something that gave me hope, and her kindness will keep me coming back to Chuck E. Cheese until my kids have their own kids..
I’m so sorry I never caught your name, but to the young brunette with aspirations to be a teacher, who helped make Rowan’s birthday a success on 11/22, we will forever appreciate you and we hope all of your dreams come true, as you helped my sons birthday dreams do the same. Thank you so much!
My grandbaby enjoyed her 5th birthday party here. The staff was friendly, fun and engaging with the children.
Everyone who attended the bday party had a good time celebrating, A good place, a good enviroment for kids, family, and friends.
Great People
I just wanted to give a shout out to this place for how clean it is and how kind the staff was to us. Most kids places gross me out, but this location was spotless. My kids loved it all, and we will definitely return. It was a little pricier than I expected, so it will be saved for a rainy day. Great place and great staff!
Overpriced but kids love it. Keep an eye out for deals to help save money
Daughter friend had bday party here and I dont have any complaints .. its was actually nice first time I been to chucky cheese since like 20 years ago lol..

Lots to do. Food was good. Overall great experience. It was our first time.
Birthday party for my granddaughter 4th birthday. Everything was nice. The kids really enjoyed themselves.
Really fun for the kids. Impressed at how clean and orderly things were. All games operate and in good shape. Service was spectacular! Roberto and Jair are pros at dealing with clients. Really nice, helpful and professional guy!
Front desk associate Jeremiah was great. Some associate Ramsey was rude about the trampoline. It was plenty of mothers over there with their kids who had also had not paid for trampoline passes. I was not aware and there was a nicer way to say it. Then when my son and me walks away he pretends like he’s dusting but wants to sneer in our direction like I did something to happen when all I did was comply after he said it’s a separate purchase. I know what discrimination looks like in 2025. Very uncool.
My buddy Mark warned me about some weird manager who was there with his baby, but I ignored him. My kids have loved this Chuck.e cheese but we will not be returning. The food was alright; but the dude with the baby didn’t have his kid this time ig, but he was weird, the way he’d stand there or hang around, felt like we were all on the clock or something, plus I didn’t like the way he talked to his employees. I feel like a Karen but I’ve dealt with inconsiderate jerk managers before and that guy just rubs me the wrong way, like genuinely. I should’ve listened to Mark, the atmosphere was alright, same as always, servers were fine per usual, but Tim really just ruined it.
