Cute place the ambience is great. Unfortunately, food was stale and expensive. Did not enjoy any of the items we had. The bubble tea was almost okay but still not worth it. Only leaving a review in hopes they will make some changes.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with kindness and hospitality - staff made the best tea I ever had and accommodated my disability. Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful and it’s a highlight of Richmond that should be enjoyed!

The cafe is so hit or miss. Half the time I get a delicious, fresh tasting onigiri and the other half it's stale, dried out rice that tastes like it's been reheated 10 times. Today I had to wait 20 mins for the latter. The boba is also extremely hit or miss, I think they need to figure out who the strongest employees are and have them train the rest. The gift shop section is ok, would prefer more of a grocery section vs the knick knacks, they're very highly priced even compared to places like Tokyo Market that offer imported stuff. Lots of screen printed clothing that feels pretty low quality too, kind of disappointing for a small business to stock that kind of thing

Typically love the onigiri here so I tried a non onigiri item (Apple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich). It was 10 dollars, small, and nothing as advertised. Disappointing.

The price vs quality is quite bad. Didn’t try their food, but the bubble teas are not worth it. The taro wasn’t even mixed properly n the semi-sweet version itself was too sweet.
This is one of my favorite places to visit or order food from! They have a variety of options for many dietary needs and lots of fun and cute drinks! If you have time to sit, the environment is calm and cozy.

Coffee sucks. It is watery even though it is phin coffee as I ordered and too much ice. It is too expensive. I think I pay money for ice not for coffee.
