It’s a cheap pizza buffet, but it’s worth more than what you pay. The food is always fresh and replenished. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Decent salad bar and some other options like pasta, soup, and deserts. Plenty of space to bring a family or friend group. Weekends are pretty packed so I like to go for an early week day lunch or dinner. I loved this place as a kid 25 years ago, and it is even better than I remember. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Holy cow what happened to cicis. Obviously dont expect the highest quality from a buffet but the pizza here was absolutely nasty. Its also twice as expensive as it used to be. You are way better off getting an actual real pizza from a pizza place cause it would be cheaper

Veteran's Day all Cici locations are supposed to offer 1 free buffet for all military service members. This location refused. Shameful. I will tell everyone not go to this specific location.

The food's been going downhill over the past few years, since I've been there. Bathrooms were not clean. The tables had food on them. I asked them to make a special pizza and they said they don't do that even though every other location that I've been to, does. I'm really hoping I just caught them on an off day and I'll try it again and update the next time I go.

The food was great, and the customer service was superb 👌 The floors could've stood some cleaning, but overall, great buffet 😋
It's CiCis, what else do you expect. Pay a fair price for AYCE Pizza and more. It's not New Yorks best but you get what you pay for. Restaurant was very clean, as well as restrooms. Buffet table was always full and moved quickly. Service was exceptional. Manager walk around to check on customers. Very good experience.
