The food's been going downhill over the past few years, since I've been there. Bathrooms were not clean. The tables had food on them. I asked them to make a special pizza and they said they don't do that even though every other location that I've been to, does. I'm really hoping I just caught them on an off day and I'll try it again and update the next time I go.

It's CiCis, what else do you expect. Pay a fair price for AYCE Pizza and more. It's not New Yorks best but you get what you pay for. Restaurant was very clean, as well as restrooms. Buffet table was always full and moved quickly. Service was exceptional. Manager walk around to check on customers. Very good experience.

I used to take my kids there. Even though they're adults now we decided to have a blast on the past and go to CiCi's. It was exactly as we remembered it 10 years ago. Pizza's pretty much exactly the same, the only thing I felt different was the cinnamon roll seemed a little smaller. Even the price had barely changed which surprised me. Overall it was a win.
