I actually had a good experience here yesterday. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous. The food was generally fresh and tasty. I have in the past had not-so-great experiences here but I'm hoping that they continue on this trajectory they're on now.Vegetarian options: Any pizza that doesn't contain meat is supposedly vegetarian. For a vegan, you might be able to find something on the salad bar (idk about their dressing)

This is Cici's. You go for a huge variety of cheap pizza. Expect kids, probably running around. You don't go for the atmosphere or fancy expensive pizza, you go to have fun and eat thin crust pizza. They also have a couple of pasta choices with marinara or Alfredo sauce, a salad bar with many choices, and I think there was soup. We went for pizza. My favorites are the dessert pizzas and the cinnamon rolls. You get a clean plate every trip to the food bar. You bus your dirty dishes to the dish station. I was impressed with 5 young men, probably late teens or early 20's. They made sure to clean up after themselves, even down to a straw paper that had been forgotten. They easily could have left it on the table. Not one cuss word from any of them. Their moms would be very proud of them.

Fresh food and friendly staff. Prices are affordable and fair.Asked for mac and cheese pizza and they had it out in a few minutes.Wish more locations would reopen.Kid-friendliness: Play area quarter machines.
Place was very dirty and not cleaned. Bathroom was very nasty. Customer service was not pleasant. I literally saw one of the employees drop a pizza on their forearms / wrists area and without throwing it out and making a new one, he still served the pizza to the public. Customer coughing on food and employees did not replace the food.
