I have to assume that things have changed drastically since some of these older reviews. We went today for the first time and the rolls were hot and fresh straight out of the oven. They were soft, fluffy and pillowy. Just the right balance of icing on top! Staff was super friendly and full of smiles and small talk. Super pleasant experience!

Chesterfield shopping center- Smelled the buns from afar walking into the food court. Yum! Said to my spouse "let's find the cinnamon rolls!" The young lady that was the cashier seen us walk up, no other customers around yet. Looked up, said nothing and proceeded to unfold plastic bags on a far away back counter. When a line started forming, she then walked to the front to the ice cream freezers away from myself and my spouse. The customer sees us and says "oh, they're here first, don't you need to help them?" The girl then walks back over to us and says "do you want something?!" I explained "yes, if you would come up to us when we walked up and asked if we needed help that would've worked too!" She then puts on a face after I ask for our Cinnamon roll. She takes it, grabs my card without telling me the price, hands it back after scanning it and pushes the bag forward and struts away. "I then look probably so confused, I have to raise my voice to get her attention from now her being at the ice cream counter, and say I need my receipt. Twice I had to yell over to her. She gives a death stare and walks up to the register, prints out one and slides it under the partition and again walks away without saying a word! Horrible horrible customer service, like we were bothering HER! Like if she is not at work to help the customer! Never going back here again. Get rid of your employees that make your business look bad!

This place is the best ever don't listen to these complaints that are one star sometimes they are lacking a item but the lady there is only nice and sweet trying to provide a living to her family just because someone doesn't carry a specific item doesn't mean you give a one star or Because someone says bad customer service when obviously it never is just saying come over here and try this place out its awesome!!!!

Tried this place for the first time the other day. I had a craving for cinnamon buns and didn’t feel like making my own. Yes, I love cinnamon buns enough to have my own perfected recipe. My love for them goes back to childhood having Cinnabon in the mall but peaked about 20 years ago when Entenmann’s made those giant buns for sale in grocery stores. It was a sad day when they stopped making them which is why I needed my own recipe. There is a very specific flavor and cinnamon/sugar ratio. Not to mention the right amount of gooey icing. Now about Cinnamonster, understanding I never expected them to meet or beat my own recipe, there was some issues I believe you should know about if you’re expecting something specific like what I was. First, the appearance. If you look at their website or even my own pictures these buns seem like they will be perfect. They look big and filled with gooey cinnamon and icing. They seem to be exactly what you would want, by appearance. But unfortunately, looks are all these have, and they have missed the mark on their flavor profile. Now if you don’t normally eat buns that often you will probably enjoy these and not know what you’re missing. But if you, like me, have a specific traditional flavor you’re expecting, prepare to be disappointed. Now I will say this was my first time at Cinnamonster and maybe someone was off their game and didn’t prepare the buns right. I do expect to visit again soon to test this, but here are the problems I see.First and most noticeable was the initial flavor. I didn’t taste cinnamon, and I didn’t taste sugar. What I got was what I believe was an overly buttery flavor. However, I’m not sure it was real butter, it had an almost lemony flavor to it. Inspecting the bun, it was clear the reason for this was because the filling was not spread fully on the dough before rolling. This left the outer rings light on flavor. Some parts even had no filling and was all bread. You could see the bare patches if you unrolled the bun. This is my only complaint of the actual construction of the bun. The rest of my issue is simply about quantity of ingredients. These buns need more flavor, meaning more filling and more icing. I would say they need to at least double everything to fix these things. I ordered a four pack and did share with other who also noticed these issues, so at least I know it wasn’t my own bias.I recommend these only if you can’t find a better bakery somewhere or make your own. However, they are on the better end of the spectrum as far as commercialize cinnamon buns are concerned. But that’s a low bar these days.

Extremely rude employees. Don’t care about customer service. Don’t accept debit cards under certain amounts. Really disappointed my 3 year old. Wouldn’t sell me sprinkles for her ice cream because they didn’t want to pay credit card fees. Well, it’s going to cost you way more than the .04 cents you saved in the long run. This place will be gone in a flash. And good riddance.

Ok, I was in the Chesterfield Towne Center Mall shopping. I decided to treat myself to a sweet treat by going to purchase a Cinnabon I ask the lying C U Next Thursday if the cinnamon roll was fresh. Oh yeah it's fresh. What a liar! There's no way that 25 minutes later. It's as hard as a hockey puck. So I paid 6.68 for what I thought was a cinnamon roll but instead I got a hockey puck. Never again will I go to this place. And even when I put it in the microwave for less than a minute that didn't even help. Very disappointing! That was THE LAST 6.68 you'll ever get from me.

They're supposed to be open at 10am on Saturday. It was 1020 and the lights weren't even on. I'm not giving my money to bussiness with bad customer service.

I manage to come to The mall once a month and every time, I have a five minute wait for a cinnamon bun. The sign says Cinnamonster but they fail to ever have them ready. That’s like going to Taco Bell and them never having tacos.
