Club Level Grill

Outrageously rude, “out” of most items, and seemed racist against white patrons.

When the bartender got to me, I asked if they had a kids menu, and he said “no” and walked away without giving me a chance to order anything.

He kept trying to avoid eye contact with me, but finally got back to me, I tried to order a few items (chicken tenders, burger), and everything I asked for he said “We’re out of that.” I asked with a chuckle if they had a big crowd today, and he said “no”.

When I then asked him, “Hey man, have I upset you in some way?” he replied “We just don’t have anything you want here” and started to walk away again.

Another patron sitting there said he’s been mean to most of the white patrons, especially those with kids. So it makes me wonder if they weren’t actually out of half their menu as he suggested.

It was crazy. I’ve never had an experience like this probably in my entire life.

Skye made a great Bloody Mary today. Tortilla soup was pleasantly spicy too.

Skye was great! The pulled chicken sandwich was amazing and she checked in on me frequently to see how everything was going. Very nice.

Awful. I am so glad that’s not my introduction to the magnificent world of burgers. Simply horrible sad place. Zero taste

I'm currently here at the airport with my family & everyone is enjoying drinks & food .. except me. lol I had asked for an espresso drink, he completely brushed me off & said he didn't have espresso, proceeded to take my dad & sisters order just to skip over me.. I finally order my drink just to see other people ordering drinks after me. It's embarrassing cause I'm literally with my family & you're ignoring me.. jokes on you Aaron P! This 20% tipper left a tip that reflected the service I received:) do better! We're just a family trying to get a start to a family vacation & you definitely ruined the mood & the vibe.

My bartender Mel was absolutely amazing! So sweet and talkative. Best chocolate martini in town!

I had a fairly good order of chicken tenders but that wasn’t the reason for a five star review. After I finished and paid I walked all the way down to the last gate where my plane was boarding. Waited there for my turn as a gentleman came up to me and asked me if I had recently sat at his table at the club level. I said yes. He then handed me my prescription pills that I had left on the table in the restaurant. Miles P. Went the extra mile to ensure that I didn’t board my plane without my needed medicine. I hope his employer knows what a fine young man they have there!!!

I had an amazing experience at Club Level Grill! My server, Aaron P., went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. He recommended the Candied Guacamole Burger, which was absolutely delicious. But what truly set this visit apart was

Aaron’s incredible dedication, after I accidentally left my credit card behind, he took the time to find me at the gate to return it. That level of service is rare and truly memorable. I highly recommend this place, and if you’re lucky enough to have Aaron as your server, you’re in great hands!

I had the Smoked Yard Bird sandwich on this trip and it was packed with flavor. Service was excellent except I am docking a star due to it taking a minute for the food to come out. If you are right on time, I would grab food elsewhere but if you have 45+ min to boarding, this is worth the stop!

Everything else is pretty crowded, and they’re pretty chill, a nice place to relax if you have the time, and Roz is a great chef, makes some excellent food. Best you’ll find at RIC!

This morning I wasn’t traveling under the best circumstances Mallory the waitress was very nice but the most lovely was the chef Rosiland who came out to table to try and help me make my burrito perfect for a vegetarian, these little made this trip just so nice, especially when not best circumstances thank you for your kindness
