Club Level Grill

The food wasn’t great, but I wasn’t expecting great food. What was disturbing was there was about 10 minutes of employees in the kitchen yelling and cursing at each other. I’ve never experienced anything like that ever. It was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.

I had the pastrami sandwich prepared on a Kaiser roll instead of rye beard, it was AMAZING, wonderful flavor and cooked too perfection!! Service is so fast and friendly!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Seems like very watered down vodka or the bartender has no idea what a double means except when it comes to charging me for it . I ordered a vodka soda double and it was basically soda water. Stay away from mixed drinks. Rip off. Such a shame because it “looks” like the best bar there. Just go to the Applebees

Wow! This was a top 5 best experience in an airport I’ve ever had. The service is absolutely incredible provided by both Aarons- they were so friendly and attentive. The CBGB burger was soooo good and a perfect pre flight lunch. Will definitely seek this back out as we fly in and out of Richmond!

We were very happy with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they easily accommodated our vegetarian needs. Ms. Mallory was especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The following week, when we were back at the Richmond airport, we stopped by again for lunch, and once more, it did not disappoint. Ms. Mallory greeted us with her usual warm smile and knew exactly what we wanted.

Now, on our third visit, the food and service are just as good as before. This has definitely become our go-to spot. Ms. Mallory even remembered us and the table we sat at last time.

Extremely average food at premium price. Menu options were substituted by the waitress without discussion and still charged full price.

$23 glass of wine, sitting here now. I ordered the "house pinot noir" server did not ask if I wanted 6 oz or 9 oz, for $23 I guess I'm glad, I think, that she gave me the 9 oz, I'm still mellow after seeing the bill. Never again Club Level Richmond and my son lives here,,.so I'll be here a lot. Food was quick and ok, service ok.

The wings were great, the beer was cold and our server Amanda was exemplary! She was on the ball with food and drinks. We were here for several hours and she never acted like we were wasting her time. We will definitely be back.

I asked Aaron P. to to hook me up with a burger and pair it with a beer. Ended up with the Candied Bacon Guac Burger with the an IPA from Ardent brewery!

Great work Aaron! You’ve got it down for this business. However you should also consider being a radio personality!
