Really good chicken here--crispy and tasty. I got the Red Pepper flavor. What's also nice is the little things this place does for takeout. Boxes are kept closed with rubber bands (thank God no one chose staples) and the boxes have a hole at the top that will keep the chickens crispier a bit longer.

Used to be my go-to for the delicious chicken but the service at this downtown Richmond location has changed that FOR GOOD. The manager/franchiser, whoever was manning the place the last time I visited, REFUSED to honor the happy hour beer CLEARLY ADVERTISED on their menu. I wanted a draft beer, he told me the draft was broken. Then I ordered a bottle beer, he rings it up as full price and then acts like he doesn’t know how to apply the discount. Of course I walked out and this clearly explains why the place has been empty the past couple of times I’ve visited. Such a pity. Never again.

quality korean food, but you should know it's spicy. if you're not familiar with korean food, still don't start with the spicy dishes. it's a whole different cuisine from the spices most americans are used to, so i'm not sure if it's more spicy, but it's a different kind of spicy. and the hot dishes are really hot. pricey, but fair, if you're seeking some quality korean fried chicken.

CM Chicken place has really good fried chicken. The sauces are too spicy for me but that's okay if you like a little spice or spicy food you want to try their chicken. I got just the fried chicken freshly made as you order absolutely delicious even their fries are good and they give you entirely too many but thank you anyway it is true that they have very good food they have variety of styles of chicken, family meals and whole chickens cooked, onion rings, curly fries they also have fried calamari, fried shrimp, even fish and chips also the gentleman that was working the counter was such a pleasant gentleman. I asked him questions he answered them to help me choose what I wanted .... Please Enjoy be safe Peace and Love ????

No onions in your Snow Onion Chicken! Just make sure everything is correct from what you ordered. I guess the korean manager abandoned it.

The food was absolutely delicious!!! Cozy atmosphere with a chill vibe. I wish they had more sides, but the chicken is the star. Great place. Will definitely return. Food is better in store than delivered. Drinks are on the expensive side, but can be worth it.

I usually like this place but something is going on with the kitchen. I placed an order on 7/23. The food and was burned. I mean inedible. It was as if they began cooking and forgot about what they were doing..The young man behind the counter did provide a refund but no explanation of the poor quality of food. The management/owners need to see these complaints.

Onion rings were burnt and so were my wings. I ordered my food on grub hub then came to the location and the guy told me the onion rings burned is how they make them!! Really... Never again

Got the curry tenders, great amount of food for the price. Flavor was amazing and it even came with a tasty side. Would definitely recommend, can't wait to try their other flavors!!

It's like the people don't listen when you place an order I mentioned several times that i wanted curly fries. Go to the restaurant go back home in the rain and it's straight fries. I've also gotten food poisoning here once before which is really unfortunate because this food tastes amazing.

The location is difficult to get to because of all the no left turns on Broad st. Even when you try to use a side street to go around the block there is the medium preventing that. I ordered the 10 piece wings with the garlic spicy sauce. This cost 15.99 and this does not include any sides. The wings are not that great.Too expensive for what you get. I will not be going back. Don't waste your time or money.

Bonchon used to be my spot for Korean Fried Chicken. CM is definitely way better and more flavorful. I’m sold. I may be returning sooner than I need to.

Yummy, authentic Korean fried chicken! This can be compared to Bonchon but even better! Shrimp was delicious too. Can't wait to come back.

I gave this place many chances and it has disappointed me too many times. The first time, we waited around 30-40 minutes for our food in the store. The second time we tried to go, the place was completely empty and closed 20 minutes after opening time (11am on a Saturday). The last time I ordered snow chicken and got home to realize that the entire topping wasn't included. I went back to the store because $16 for tenders with no topping isn't worth the price.I won't be trying this place again unless I hear it is under new management. It's a shame because the good was tasty and I'd love to have a Korean fried chicken place nearby.
