This is the worst place to come. They have no customer service.I came in tonight didn't get a welcome or anything. They act like I wasn't even there til they got done doin what they were doin. I asked for the ice cream I wanted. The girl put in in the cup and toss it at me on the counter with an attitude with no top had to ask for a that and no bag. She had an attitude the whole time. This was my first and last time coming here

Cold stone is very good but not from this location. They give you not the ice cream you ask for. They need training again on how to make it. I asked for a shake the girl took a while to make it kept adding in ice cream to make it thicker when it was already liquidy. She gave me FROSTING thinking it was whipped cream. She knew she messed up because when I asked to make it again she said “ I put too much milk “ so if you knew that why did you give me it. She messed up the second time when she remade it. If you don’t know how to make it ask someone else to make it for you or ask how to. The second time she gave me it she said “ it’s alittle bit better” what do you mean??? It’s a little bit better?

This was my first experience at this Cold stone and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I was served by a young man who I told him that I wanted a "love it" cookie dough and kit kat mix. He didn't give me cookie dough, he gave me butter pecan. I tasted more KitKat than what I thought was cookie dough. I will never go there again. Really messed up my appetite for it. ?
The ice cream is good but not worth for the waiting and the attitude of some of the people that work there! Yesterday I was there for 20 minutes in the line and this boy was touching his hair all the time and mixing the ice cream ! I asked if they could wear gloves and he pretended that he didn’t hear me and starred helping other person! No manager there and no one there to ask them to at list wash their hands after touching their hair !!!!! No more eating there for me!!!!

I had my two kids with me and my significant other. First off, they need to work on their ice cream skills. One of the coworkers ( a guy with long black hair) had to much of a nonchalant attitude. When we got up to the register to pay, we gave him the card and he slammed the card on the counter. Then we asked if we can get 2 extra cups(upsized) because they will leak. He acted like didnt hear us the second time we asked. About the third time he leaned over and told the manager can we get extra cups. Mind you we received extra cups in the past. She said no. He could've given us extra cups without asking her. It's called customer service. This coldstone have gotten downhill.

My grand daughter and I stood in line with no one waiting on us for at least 15/20 minutes. We waited and waited. It was as if we were not even there. There were three employers running ? around and the was another gentleman and his son in back of us.I chose not to get any ice cream. Grand daughter enjoyed her ice cream. I had to raise my voice to get someone's attention to serve us.I will never go back there again.
