I’m done going to this location nothing but problems but on Halloween night they messed my food up again put meat in my cheese quesadillas I am a vegetarians so I went back to try to get them to fix it but they were closed so I did not get to eat that night. I went back the next day to try to ask them just to remake them because I paid for them they refused so that was like $15 wasted again at cookout

For the last 2 nights in a row we’ve had this young girl who is EXTREMELY rude and definitely should not be working at this store nonetheless any fast food place. She’s been screaming at us when we’re trying to order and cutting us off and just be extremely unprofessional and rude. I don’t know who it is but I do know she’s a younger teen and definitely shouldn’t be working there….

Went to cookout tonight n the cashier by the name Reina (that’s what it said on the receipt) was extremely rude and giving extreme attitude for no reason. I understand if you’re having a bad shift and if customers are being rude but it wasn’t busy whatsoever and me +my friend were being cordial w/ her … she lucky we aren’t reactive people because the wrong person would’ve said something back. not to also mention the fact that she was LOUDLY talking about us gloating to her coworker ab the fact she was being disrespectful ..overall it’s okay just that the grilled chicken sandwich was stale but the tray only $9 so can’t really complain apart from unnecessary side of attitude that cashier was giving.
