Went to cookout tonight n the cashier by the name Reina (that’s what it said on the receipt) was extremely rude and giving extreme attitude for no reason. I understand if you’re having a bad shift and if customers are being rude but it wasn’t busy whatsoever and me +my friend were being cordial w/ her … she lucky we aren’t reactive people because the wrong person would’ve said something back. not to also mention the fact that she was LOUDLY talking about us gloating to her coworker ab the fact she was being disrespectful ..overall it’s okay just that the grilled chicken sandwich was stale but the tray only $9 so can’t really complain apart from unnecessary side of attitude that cashier was giving.

The drive thru lines sometimes have a kinda Waffle House vibe going on but the food hits and it's pretty much the only place open after 2 am.
Had to say my order 3 times for the girl to realize I already said my order + she had a fat attitude for nothing. Then I get my food and… does this look like 2 sides of cheddar bites to yall? For almost $11 you’d think I’d get the proper portions. Never had issues at other locations. Whatever, just won’t go back.

The food's usually good, and they're pretty quick for how much is on the menu. But, annoyingly, my order's wrong more often than not, which is crazy, 'cause I always get the same big back thing: Big Double meal, house style, with two hushpuppies, a chicken quesadilla, and a milkshake.

I always get my burger with chili, slaw mustard and cheese and it's sooo good! Prices are so much cheaper then other burger options and are so much better, it's a real hamburger meat patty, not like the thin patties at McDonald's or even Wendy's. It's a 10 out of qm10 especially since you can get a shake instead of a drink with your tray for just 1 dollar extra!!
