My Babe and I bought 2 meals w/drinks and a small cheer wine float for $3.00 more than Sonic charges for 2 cheeseburgers w/ bacon !!!! Imagine that!! Went through drive thru n ate in the parking lot.Parking: The building is skinny but long and has a drive thru on both sides. Parking in the rear.

Tray combo offers a lot of options. They have something for each of my grandchildren. That was a great surprise since I normally have to go to different fast food places for each grandchild. Food is great for an inexpensive drive thru meal on the go. The options to get on your burger were amazing. Long line at drive-in. However, I was surprised by how quick they were.Kid-friendliness: They have something for every picky child.

First and foremost, very happy they are open late for someone who works night shift.Second, great team at this location, friendly, helpful. Food is great, though would have liked a few more onion rings in my double order, I can’t complain!Love this Cook Out.

I visited on 4/5/24 and I ordered a huge sweet tea. I was informed my total would be $2.68 over the speaker. When I arrived at the window the cashier named Jesus told me my total was going to be $26. I informed him I only had a huge sweet tea and gave him my card. He then proceeded to hand me a huge sweet tea and another drink. I then informed him I only had a huge sweet tea. He then asked if I had 2 trays. I informed him for a third time I only ordered 1 huge sweet tea. He then stated, “so you did not order any food?” I replied once again with only a huge sweet tea. He then handed me my card back, thanked me, and I drove off. I checked my bank account and noticed cook out had indeed took the $26. I went back to request a refund. The woman cashier this time told me the order was voided and it depends on when the bank will return the money to my account. Very upsetting that I informed the cashier Jesus several times once being before he even had my card that I only ordered a huge sweet tea. He also failed to mention to me that he had over charged my card and that it was being cancelled. Disappointing visit.

Cook Out is perfect. Even though they basically throw my food at me and close the window before I can request the missing straws and napkins I chalk this up to being part of the experience. Never change, you wild diamond.

The food is always hot and fresh. The service is very fast, & efficient. Some more patient than others, but no big deal. Iont know. I like this Cookout though.I just wish that they had a tap to pay option.
When I unwrapped my double burger, I IMMEDIATELY noticed how small the patties were. I measured them and they were 2inches wide and close to 1/2 inch thick. Not cool. This place has lost my longtime business. Staff is always friendly.
