Not the most friendly personnel. Make you feel as though you’re not truly welcomed. I understand many businesses are struggling but to serve your customers is part of your job or should be. I’m not tipping you for doing your job. Unless you truly go above and beyond what is required. Then and only then will I entertain that request. This is not it. My husband loves their donuts but will not go in to purchase their products. He says he doesn’t feel welcome. So I don’t entertain their facility anymore.

I came in and the woman behind the counter ignored me and refused to give me service. She actually laughed at me while I walked out and thought the whole ordeal was funny. I’ve been coming here for years but I will no longer come to this location.

I've been having to travel to Richmond for work, and this little hole in the wall is just what I needed in the morning. Fresh, made well, friendly staff and just delicious. If you're in Richmond and looking for a treat in the morning, skip the big grocery stores and come here.
