Food is always delicious. Service can be a little better that is why I always select to pickup my food and take it home. The cashier was too busy complaining about a rude customer and not having time getting a break, she ignored the people waiting to picking up their food.
Kid-friendliness: No other option available. Cashier wasn't very friendly. Too busy complaining

The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because of Nikki. We came in as a party of seven and were told there was a 30-minute wait. We browsed the store and played checkers, which wasn’t a problem. When our table was ready, our waitress arrived quickly and took our drink orders. However, things went downhill from there.
When it was time to order food, I went first. I ordered the apple cinnamon pancake platter but asked if I could substitute the eggs for something else due to an egg intolerance. The waitress immediately said no and rushed over to my mother without further explanation. My mother has a very restricted diet but can eat fish. She ordered the rainbow trout and asked for it to be cooked without butter. The waitress responded, “So no seasoning then, got it.” When my mom asked if the seasoning contained butter, the waitress didn’t answer and had already moved on.
When our food arrived, my pancakes were served without the apples on top—they were on the side in a bowl—and I didn’t receive my bacon. My mom’s fish was clearly buttered and seasoned, despite her request. I felt insulted by the waitress’s lack of care and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager arrived, she yelled the entire time she spoke. My mom explained that her fish was buttered, to which the manager replied, “It’s not butter; it’s margarine.” A long argument ensued, during which the manager claimed they couldn’t guarantee the margarine spray wouldn’t get on my mom’s fish, even if they scraped the grill. She refused to cook the fish any other way, said they couldn’t make unseasoned rice, and was overall very rude.
The manager did offer to substitute okra for my eggs and said she would bring it out with my bacon. Meanwhile, my mom left the restaurant to get a salad from Chick-fil-A, which, by the way, was far more accommodating than Cracker Barrel. I waited for my okra and bacon, but they never arrived. Eventually, I stopped another waitress named Nikki and explained what had happened. She assured me that substitutions were possible and even shared that she had made similar requests herself. Nikki apologized for the long wait and offered to get me anything as an apology for the inconvenience. She even gave my brother a free drink. Nikki deserves to be the manager—not the other woman.
The conduct of our original waitress and the manager was completely unprofessional and ruined the experience. All I can say is that someone needs to promote Nikki.
The saddest part is it was my great grandmother's 94th birthday and the experience was ruined for her.
Dietary restrictions: As I said in my full review I wouldn't go here with dietary restrictions if I were you. Besides Nikki they were completely unaccommodating of even the most basic dietary needs.

Visited with daughter, had lovely meal but I believe to be the manager (big build, dated glasses and not so stylish bob of a haircut) seemed very rude to her staff, the lard of a manager with her patchy balding bob shouldn't be dishing out passive aggressive comments and actually dishing out food herself. Thankfully the retail girl behind the desk was such a kind doll though looking to be overworked but was more than helpful to me and my daughter despite the retail section being very busted and dated looking, in severe need of renovation. Food was delicious as usual despite everything.

Out of towner, visiting family. Thought I’d stop in for some food, turns out it was a mistake. The manager Emme (I think) was very rude and did not help me when I had an issue with the quality of my food. She had an attitude with me. Which is really unfortunate. The food was not fresh or warm. I felt nauseous after being handed my plate. Our server sucked and kept walking away and had a serious attitude problem as well. The only good person there was a host she had black hair and a bun. Very cheerful and professional. Definitely enjoys her job and the people she serves. If I am ever in the area again, I unfortunately will not be stopping here again. There was a person with diabetes I saw and no one seemed to care for them. So sad and disappointing.

I think this place may be in a bad situation or something because it wasn't that busy but the manager was hovering everywhere and I witnessed our waiter being yelled at and yelling at other waiters the whole time. Food was great though 👍 no complaints on that.

Food was great. Server was good. Bathrooms were kind of gross though. No toilet paper in the rolls but there was plenty all over the floor.

We love to come here, the majority of time staff has been great. Unfortunately this trip i can’t say the same, upon arrival we were browsing the store and an employee came up to my family saying how she needed to act like she was showing us a product as her manager watched the cameras, she told us she wanted to look like she was actually working. She proceeded to find a product we were actually contemplating purchasing, picked it up and threw it back into the container it was in saying $4 is way too expensive i can go across the street and get something better for $2. It was a small interaction but we were looking to enjoy our evening and not be told what not to buy and how the employee doesn’t like management. The rest of our experience was just a good as all of the many other times we’ve come. We will continue to dine here, we hope our next experiences are similar to the past.

My mashed potatoes were sparse and stone cold. The fried shrimp tasted like they were just cheapo frozen food. Cole slaw was good, but that's it. Stick with breakfast food that's all they do well with.
