Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Took mom there for the first time. Food was good as usual. Thursday was a good night to visit. Service was good, but raspberry lemonade was too sweet. Was disappointed with the small portion and amount of chicken with the Chicken and Dumplings included in the sampler platter. Was happy that meatloaf did not have gravy or tomato sauce on top.

The food was delicious, the service was prompt and courteous, and the prices are reasonable. My wife and I will most certainly returning.

This is the 2nd time in a 3 week period I decided to give this Cracker Barrel another chance .
The last visit I also had ordered a dessert that I was looking forward to and it wasn’t in the bag after they were supposed to check it all- the dressing for the fried pickles was also missing .
I proceeded to go back to my hotel and I called and they stated I would need to return to their Cracker Barrel-
I’m from out of town so that was going to be hard so I lost money .

Tonight I ordered again- this time I had to go back into the restaurant to ask for my dressing for the salad and the dipping sauce for the onion petals .
I return back to my hotel and guess what?
The extra order of gravy - not in my bag .
Once again charged for food I am not receiving . Once is a possible mistake - twice ? That’s just an incompetent team.
What a shame.

My husband said the campfire shrimp and sausage was the best meal he’s ever eaten (and he’s 76 years old). I had the turnip greens for the first time and would buy them in a heartbeat if you canned them and sold family sized containers!

I’ve been to a lot of Cracker Barrel’s but this was by far the worst one I’ve been too. The pancakes weren’t done all the way. Food was forgotten. The server was just standing there and another server brought our food out. I won’t be back

Been waiting on the phone listening to.horrible music for 15 minutes.tjis is not acceptable. tried again to.place an order for take out. Your staff and service are pathetic.

Food was great and came out super fast! Service was outstanding. My husband had leftovers and the waitress brought him some extra biscuits to take home.

The atmosphere was okay, the restrooms were not as clean, our waitress was good, but the food was not as good as I'm used to. The pancakes were not hot nor soft it was doughy and cooked hard. The biscuits were not hot either. I sent my pancakes back and got French toast instead.

living around this area for the last 4 yrs and decided to stop at this Cracker Barrel with my son earlier today.
Got seated and sat there for 20 minutes with no one to even give us drinks and then watched the waitress serve two other groups that came in after us.
I pray this was not racially motivated because I honestly felt that for the first time in my life.
Please teach your wait staff about customer service. After watching the waitress serve the two other groups , I got up and walked out. Will never get my business .

Awful. 0 service. We were seated, then waited. And waited. About fifteen minutes later a waitress came. We placed a drink order. Fifteen minutes later and nothing. We saw another couple leave having never been waited on. We were hungry. We left, having never received our drinks. A miserable experience. Never again.

Worst service and biggest attitude I have seen at a Cracker Barrel. Ordered online for pickup and their system was down when we arrived. Waited 45 minutes only to receive an attitude when I asked why the system let me order if it was down. I waited another 20 minutes for my order and it still wasn't ready. Not acceptable service mostly because of the attitude of the front desk.

Based on reading other reviews, it may be time to hire a few new managers who can help employees with their customer service.
