Took a group from senior adult community. Orders were taken. We were kept waiting until all other tables around us were waited on and served before we got biscuits. Drinks were brought and then nothing for a long time. Some orders were wrong. Server was delightful but overwhelmed. Our folks do not want to go back.

I thought I'd never say anything bad, but yesterday I had turkey stuffing dinner the okra was cold wasn't fresh, the waitress brought our food but didn't return to check on us, until we almost finished, I wanted fresh hot okra

The best restaurant that I have been to in a while, the service is top notch and they make you feel like you’re at home.
Great food. Service is usually good but on our recent visit our waitress took our order and gave us our food and then left home and forgot to inform the floor manager, we wanted to order more food and we were waiting for a while. And then I spoke to the manager and she was very kind and apologized and had us taken care of. Shout out to the manager. I’m gonna let it pass as this was our first time this happened. I had visited here several times and usually the service is very good. But the food was great as always.

My daughter and I are lunch at Cracker Barrel on a Saturday afternoon around 2:00 and we were pleasantly surprised. This particular restaurant was not extremely busy at that time. We we seated right after we got there and out waitress was great. She was very attentive to us as we ate our lunch. Made sure our drinks were always refreshed and always asked if we needed anything else. The food was there before we knew it. Tasted great and had to bring some home. Could not eat all of it. Will definitely go back here.Parking: Plenty of places to park.Wheelchair accessibility: They have certain tables that are wheel chair accessible.
Food never ready on time by any means, there is a wonderful woman who works the registers during dinner who always makes sure everything is there in to go orders. Super Southern super friendly she's the only reason I am giving them 3 stars for service. She gets 5 but everyone else gets 1. The person who packs the to go bags generally is clueless and she has to fix it. I wish I could remember her name but she rocks. Everyone else couldn't care less. And the auto generic reply on Google is just dumb. "From the owner." It's an auto reply that doesn't recognize you as an individual. I strongly dislike that. Even McDonald's doesn't do that.
