It was a late lunch, and we got seated right away. The waitress was nice, but the food wasn't worth the price at all. The snow crab legs were so small they gave us a plastic fork. What can you do with plastic utensils eating crab legs. I asked for some claws. But the crab legs were too small to even matter. Ordered catfish bites. They were not bites, and they were undercooked. Not place I wouldn't visit again.

Over cooked crabs and shrimp gooey yuck 80 bux down the drain also asked for extra eggs in bags = no eggs in bag 1 extra egg separate 🙄

Sauce was salty. I couldn’t even really enjoy my boil. Also they charge a 15% gratuity on all tickets (I was a party of 2) and they don’t have it posted anywhere I found out when I got my ticket. Wouldn’t recommend I should’ve stuck to SouthSide Plaza location, there boils are better and no gratuity

I ordered food from there someone else picked it up that wasn’t supposed to and they refused to fix this mistake refused to remake anything there service is trash

Maybe we went on the wrong night. We couldn’t get any refills. Didn’t get everything we ordered . What we did get was great though so we will return for better service hopefully.
