Excellent service !!
My husband and I were quickly taken care of after self seating, we ordered 2 appetizers and shared a burger which were all amazing! Armando was absolutely fantastic and such a gem with service!

If you’re craving the full ghosted at a restaurant experience, this is your spot. Walk in, get cozy, and enjoy being invisible for 20 minutes.
Eventually, a guy shows up after what I can only describe as the Odyssey of Bathroom Breaks, and you’ll wonder if he even glanced at a sink on the way out. Ask for water, and you will get a dead stare in response.
The service? Think DC energy but with less charm. Two entire families left before saying hello. I stuck it out and asked about the soup. The server looked confused, said “I don’t know it,” then had a sudden identity crisis and decided it was pepper soup that tasted like queso. Needless to say, I wish I ate a packaged sandwich from Hudson across the way.

I was so delighted with the quality of service and professionalism shown by Savannah! Both Savannah and Zack are two examples of what great customer service looks like!!! I am definitely looking forward to my next trip via RIC.

One glass of Moscato was $20. Totally get prices are higher due to convenience at the airport and would have expected it to be around $10-$12 a glass but $20! Still in shock lol
