The food took forever and does not taste as good as it looks. The servers seem overworked and annoyed to be there. Stood there for close to 40 minutes waiting to get my to-go food and then got the wrong food. From my observation it's definitely a management issue. Where you at management??

Arrived and sat at the bar - counter was dirty. Dirty dishes were cleared but counter was not wiped. No one acknowledged me and then the bartender asked what can I get you - I replied - Mimosa. He poured a Mimosa from a full bottle - and still ignored me saying nothing. Was having long conversations with “younger people” - so I asked for another and I guess the bottle was near empty so he poured what was left in bottle which was definitely under a 1/4 cup and filled it with OJ- and just put it down in front of me saying nothing.- I should have complained right then but I didn’t - I was totally ignored the entire time - Server Tim S needs some lessons on being polite and courteous and a lesson on customer service. Seemed more interested in serving the young couples than me. For $13.50 a drink - it should have been full!!

Terrible service. There were two servers working and it was not that busy. We waited 20 minutes and then finally walked up to the counter to beg them to take our order. The server was very annoyed by this and had a real attitude towards us. The food was okay but it took a very long time to get it causing us to get close to having to leave to catch our flight. Very disappointed

I had such a great experience at this restaurant after leaving Applebee's with such an awful experience. Valerie and Savannah took such great care of me and laughed with me and made me feel so welcome while waiting on my flight delay. The overall experience really did turn a bad day into such a great one, especially sine I am a nervous flyer. Hands down over the greatest customer service I could have askes for. They really do love their patrons. Thank you guys so much❤️

It’s the only show in town. This is a very small airport with basically only one bar and it should be so much better, more attentive and less arrogant and/or Insulting to passengers in transit who may never pass this way again. You have no choice if you want a beer in Richmond airport. Richmond Airport needs another bar.
